Poor service and unresolved issues
Phoenixx LDN failed to properly deal with issues raised following delivery. The furniture was delivered while my partner was alone caring for a baby, and no opportunity was given to inspect or test the operation at the time.
I reported the problems the same day, immediately after returning from work, and supplied clear operational photos showing damage. Despite this, communication was inconsistent, responses were delayed or not provided, and the situation was not handled or resolved.
Information given during the process was contradictory, and responsibility was avoided rather than addressed. Overall, a disappointing experience and not a company I would recommend.
