Fast delivery. Thats always a good sign. If the things, like the tools and screen are good, I do not know yet.
But so far so good.

I ordered two phone cases and one arrived damaged. They responded the next day and offered to send me a new one.

I purchased two IPhone XR replacement screen kits and a toolkit. The ordering and delivery of products from PhoneIX was straight forward. The products arrived promptly. But after that everything was downhill.

The toolkit was subpar and the y-type screwdriver provided did not correlate with the y-type screws in the phone. I contacted PhoneIX who sent me a new kit. However the new set was as subpar as the original. I then purchased a new set of tools with the same specifications from another supplier, and they worked perfectly. When viewing the screwdrivers provided by PhoneIX under a magnifying tool it is obvious that the tools are cheaply manufactured.

Upon installing one of the new replacement screens I discovered that face-id no longer functioned and the microphone quality was no where near the quality of the original.

Having not opened the second replacement screen I am now in the process of trying to return the item and receive a refund. This however does not appear to be an easy or straight forward process.

My sincere recommendation is to not use this company. Their products have been a huge disappointment!

OK, a little expensive for a screen reparation

I love this phone shop! Always get good resultat on phone battery or a broken home screen, but when I should fix my phone for water fix, its a iPhone 7 and should be 4 yeats in this winter, couldnt not be saved, my fault…. but very sad that i couldnt save my photos before it was too late but the service is very good and was a good try to help my phone out!

I receive replacement screen kit for iphone 7. The delivery was fast. The display is working well but the color quality is poor compared to original one.
