Professional and persistent service in the face of technical difficulties.

I needed to transfer data from an Android to iPhone, and was recommended to go to Phonelabs Burnley by the staff in EE. The transfer turned out to be a more complicated arrangement as for some reason the old phone wouldn't communicate with the new. The staff at Phonelabs were undeterred and persevered for 3 days until they achieved success trying a variety of methods never giving up when one or other failed. Thank you guys for your persistence. Will certainly be back for any phone or tablet issues that I may have in the future.
