Was worried about using these as the…
Was worried about using these as the business address is just a house address but sent them a message to get a price for a phone that is new so didn’t fit in their categories, they offered me lower than what was listed on the website and said the website price needs updating. Avoid using these and use a more reputable business.

I am unsure how you’re trying to justify offering less money for a handset than what is advertised on your website. People sending phones use the website to determine which business that they want to use. I’ve left a review on my experience with your company, which is a negative one

At the time of your enquiry, the website price for the iPhone 15 Pro Max was £430, and we offered you £410. This offer was made before receiving and testing the device, as the final valuation is subject to the condition and functionality of the phone.
We therefore feel that the feedback posted is unreasonable and does not accurately reflect the circumstances of the transaction. We are always happy to assess devices fairly once they have been received and tested.
We respectfully ask that feedback reflects the actual transaction and the facts of the situation, rather than being used to pressure or discredit our business.
