Terrible company.

I cancelled my order BEFORE it was shipped and they still haven’t refunded me, nearly two months later.

Despite my constant chasing and their promises to pay me 'Next week', I am still out of pocket.

When I said I was going to raise a dispute with my bank, they said, ‘Fine, you can wait the 180 days for your money then.’

The response written to this review tells you everything you need to know about them. They have not taken responsibility for the situation and are doing nothing to fulfil the promises they make on their website.

Do not give them your money. You will never get it back without a fight.

I ordered an iphone from this “company”.. that they have never delivered. after the order of some day, they generate a delivery code with DHL... And then for more than 3 week nothing. . tried to contact them and they were sweetly telling we will send it next week, and than nothing and then again same story when tried to ask the reason they disappear.. after almost two month where they weren't giving reasons of why there is no delivery And just keep saying next week I asked a refund... And also here they said yeh sure allow processing time and u will receive the refund... Surprise after more than one month there is no refund either.. worse than that they don't answer to emails anymore now... I lost my money on this scam, the price of the item appeared competitive ... But unfortunately the item it don't exist they just took my money.... i should have read the real real review ... many of us got scammed ... And if u bought and got scammed open a dispute in time from ur bank hopping maybe to get ur money... Be aware ....

My husband bought a refurbished iPhone 15 from this company, in April value600 pounds ….they never sent it… and they were always telling us we will send it next week, after 2 month of failed promises we asked for a refund that they have never given,keeping telling us next week u will see the refund ect …. But more than one moth passed already….. and they stopped answering our email… I should have read the reviews ( the real ones that all tell the same story ) before making a purchase from this scam company… I’m a lawyer and I will make an end to this scammers and fraud people … I even found out that the two owners of this company thats details u can found in companies registers of gov.uk, had other companies that act on same way they sell products and never deliver them and never give any refund… I even check and they are registered as inactive company… so be aware and do not fall in those scammers trap.. from their answer u can understand what kind of “company is “… take ur money and after give u an automated response..

Ordered a pair of Sony xm5's from them nearly a month ago, expected delivery between 25 June to 1st July, no problems. Shipping tracking was last updated on the 29th June saying that it had been handed to the courier. Waited about 2 weeks, checking the tracking info every few days. Hadn't had an update or heard from them at all about why the headphones weren't going anywhere. Emailed them about it, didn't get a reply. Messaged them on their website ticket system and they then took a week to get back to me, just to tell me that my money hadn't gone through and that I'd have to dispute it with the bank about a refund. No help. Nothing useful. Probably a scam.

SCAM COMPANY - They took my money nearly a month ago and I haven't received anything. I asked for a refund because bought another one which arrived in 3 days. They said they would refund me but I am still waiting for them to respond to my email or for any correspondence. DO NOT USE - You replied to this review within hours but I have not had any emails explaining anything to me. Your chat box feature said your team would be in touch about my updated delivery date - never happened. You then said your team would be in touch about my refund - never happened. I suggest you have a look into this because you are now calling me a liar when you have my money!

Wore my Ultra Watch 2 once in the swimming pool and screen went blank. Wrote to them asking how to make claim under warranty and got this reply (to a watch water proof to 100m)?!
"Please be informed that our warranty does not cover water damage (Details in our policy)

The product was in top shape. I needed to adjust the delivery date so that I could be there to sign for the package, and this was dealt with precisely and professionally by the support staff at Phonesrefurb.

I purchased a OnePlus fold on the 3/4/25 it arrived quickly and communication was fantastic.
with in 2 weeks the back fell of the phone and the folding screen stopped working another 2 weeks and the front screen came loose and stopped working. I was told it was not covered by their warranty. worst $1,800 (AUD) I've ever spent. Will not be using again.

I bought a refurbished phone the 31st of march. After many emails saying that it was on the way 1 month later still nothing therefore I asked for refund and same they keep saying that it was on the way to my account. As they did not cut communication I was fine but it's been an extra month now, I raised a complaint with my bank and now no more news...

Order phone online with an agreed delivery date. Original delivery date was 10 days later. Multiple promises of new delivery dates was missed, I finally cancelled order. After filling out form to be refunded, no refund has been given after 5 weeks. If refund is given, I will update this review.

I ordered next day delivery for a 15 pro max on March 18, had no tracking or shipping update for a whole month and have been waiting for my refund since the April 19th (still haven’t seen it) throughout this the customer service has been no help, take several days to respond and practically just tell me to wait more

Original product as described and value for Price so can buy without hesitate from them. Highly recommend!!

My phone arrived in good time, as promised. Although I haven't tried it yet (as it is a present) it looks brand new...so very happy.

liers scammers dont buy from this fake site 1 month after cancelled order still not refund money Warning be careful from this such a scammers dont purchase from them !!!! Delivery is a pain, aside this everything is excellent from customer support to the product itself. iphone16 Plus buyer here.

Phone is finally here and in good condition but delivery is a very delayed

The i phone 16 plus was exactly how they said it would be no problems at all delivery took about 2 weeks but it was bank holiday I was sent all the tracking details I was a bit wary as after I ordered it as there was alot of bad reviews but everything went well exactly happy with my order 😊

Pristine phone - it appears factory fresh bar the box, superb. All accessories are present. DHL were excellent, Wales from Dubai in only 2 days with updates every few hours.

However, I didn't grasp I would be directly importing it. It's India-market (worrying me about region locks) and whilst mine avoided them it sounds like there's a chance of customs charges. The warp charger isn't UK-plugged, and the dispatch time isn't UK-typical.

Checkout bugs (amount mismatches) and the 8 days 'tracking' before dispatch are so disconcerting, as are all the fake 5-star reviews on Facebook, that it's a pretty nerve-wracking wait.

Genuine five stars for the product, it's great. But minus two for the massive lack of transparency. Importing carries risks and delays but PhonesRefurb make out they're UK-based, which wouldn't. I'd love to see them be more upfront about their business model, because so far it feels like I was to some extent just lucky.

WARNING: Phonesrefurb LTD took my payment in July 2024 and never delivered the iPhone I ordered. Nine months of follow-ups resulted in empty promises, then complete silence.
My formal Letter Before Action was ignored. I am now in the process of filing complaints with UK Trading Standards, Action Fraud, and proceeding with Small Claims Court.

Ordered a pink pixel 9 it just arrived today from ordering till delivery 11 days including the weekend. I looked up reviews while waiting and seen lots of bad ones and got worried. But I didn't need to worry they do state delivery time and email updates phone is in amazing condition so overall I highly recommend them. It was shipped from another country but it does state that the company is worldwide, I paid nothing for delivery. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and a great price too.
