The company itself was very good. They sent the product immediately. I found the headphones uncomfortable and I returned the headphones. As soon as the company received it, they called me, asked me why I returned them and refunded the price immediately. So I think the company did a great job.
Quick and easy order process. Unfortunately the shipping went wrong but they fixed the issue themselves within a few days with delivering the order themselves. Great service and communication!
