FRAUD/SCAM
DOES NOT, WILL NOT, HAS NOT answered ANY emails sent to them.
Purchased an item, they sent the WRONG item and will not return emails.
BUYER BEWARE..... STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this firm!!!!
Ordered a 7.84" dashcam (internal mirror type complete with rear camera and Sat Nav) what I got was a 3.5" mirror. It did not have any of the specifications that the one I ordered was supposed to have, not even a rear camera!!!
And, to make it worse, I HAD CONTACTED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS AND ASKED FOR A REFUND - WHICH THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED AND SENT ME SOMETHING i DID NOT ORDER AND IS NO USE TO ME!!!
I already have a 4.5" one installed and wanted to upgrade to something better - what I got is actually a downgrade on what I've already got fitted AND IT IS NOT EVEN A COMPLETE SET, SEVERAL THINGS ARE MISSING FROM THE BOX!
AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS - I WISH I HAD!!!!!
If I could have given it NO STARS at all I would have done.

Scamming bast***s ordered ados rear mirror and got and pile of s**t nothing like what I ordered got a mirror with a camera and adapter to plug into my car no rear camera or nothing phoned bank said its a London company but was saying in American dollars and when I tracked it was in China!!! Phone ure bank and explain to them ul get a refund

Waited ages for item to arrive finally came and half of things that should have come haven't it's like someone as opened it up and taken the things out not happen sent emails and no response waste of time do not buy from these

SCAM Company advertising on Facebook. Paid £151 for a snorkel kit which never arrived and they ignore all emails they will take your money and run.

I ordered 2 dash cams with rear camera and 7.84 inch screens.

2 basic dash cams were sent that are worth half of what I paid.

I got scammed. Chances are you will too. Beware of Phonete.com!!

Really Frude company, cheating people, and any contact for them ....
Since one month been order nothing happened!, even no answer after 5 mails ?

It's a fraudulent company. DON'T BUY ANYTHING ! I didn't understand why INSTAGRAM let this company do publicity !!!!!!

Like others below I have just been ripped off by this company, it always pays to look at reviews now I wish I had done so before ordering anything with them lesson learnt hopefully mine and below experience will put these thieves out of business

This is fake company, now try to catch the payment provider who supported to make payment to phonete.

Complete and utter fraud. AVOID AVOID AND AVOID AND AVOID AGAIN! 3 weeks no response to email no tracking number no customer service number. Cancelled transaction and reported to relevant authorities. SO I REPEAT.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Its been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. My item still hasn't shipped. No response from support. I finally told my CC is was a fraudulent purchase.
