The customer service was excellent. Sarah was so helpful and patient with us when we wanted to make changes to the picture. The whole process of getting the picture right was easy and we had regular updates and good communication. We have now a beautiful picture of our cat. The artist created an amazing picture of our cat. I would thoroughly recommend this company again and also use them again.

Superb work by the artist and absolutely first class customer service ! They only had an old passport photo to work from of my missus as a child with her late father but the artist (David Lint) managed to recreate a wonderful piece of art , she cried her eyes out when i surprised her with it earlier , she absolutely loves it ! Added to this Sarah provided some terrific customer service and any questions i had were answered promptly . One of the best companies i've ever had the pleasure of dealing with , have already been recommending to friends & family.
