It is expensive
It is expensive, I got another one cheaper, just like going to CVS or any other. I had to since i did the first photo with them and they AI the picture; they would have just let me upload a new picture than AI the original one. I asked for a refund and nope; they offered to do it again but i need the picture asap that is exactly why i used their service.

Rip-off
Rip-off. I paid £9.99 just to get a photo cropped and sent to my email address. I could have fine that myself. And they mislead you saying they will deliver in 2-3 days but then when you go ahead, they want you to pay more for delivery and expect you to wait 14 days.

Would not accept photo on Service…
Would not accept photo on Service Canada website. PhotoAid would not apply a refund of $13 and continued to ask for documentation, which the system would not allow me to go forward in my application because of the photo. I had to go to staples and received a digital and printed photo for $30. A waste of my time and money, don’t bother using this service.

This is my third time using this service. I used it for both of my kids and it was accepted (in UK) so I’ve used it for my photo as well. Plus you can print them off as well to keep just in case. Great service

School ID card
We used Photo Aid at Rossmann to take a photo of our child for a school ID card, and I was really positively surprised. 😊 The whole process is very simple and convenient — there’s no need to make an appointment with a photographer or work around their opening hours, which is a big plus, especially since traditional photo studios are often closed on weekends.
Another great advantage is the photo itself. It turned out very natural, without the stiff pose you often get at a traditional photo studio. This is especially important when taking a child’s photo — the result looks much more natural and pleasant.
A very convenient option, especially for parents. I definitely recommend it! 👍
