Late delivery | Time-consuming website | Unreliable service

I paid $250 for ‘super rush’ delivery of a bunch of things for a surprise birthday party. Meant to arrive in 3-5 business days. On the 5th day when my expensive order hadn’t arrived, I complained - which seemed to trigger the beginning of production and their delivery service.

Nothing arrived in time for the party. Complained, had courier fee refunded. Had to find alternative decorations.

Package #1 arrived within 8 days in two tubes. Hard to unpack the items. One wall sticker damaged.

Now waiting on package #2, which includes puzzles, glass, banners. Clearly sent after 6 working days.

Entire experience a shambles. Unreliable. Decent enough products (so far) but not worth the angst.

Bought Christmas gifts for friends and family without letting the team know and received them in perfect condition within 3 days; great job!

I got my first photobook from them for free using their code WELCOME. When it arrived the content of my photobook is mirrored. At first I was really hesistant to complain because hey, I got it for free! But still, their photobook is really great except to the fact that it was mirrored, so I tried to inform them about my issue and I told myself that if they didn't respond I would not order again and won't recommend it to my friends. So I wasn't expecting anything, but after 2 days they responded and they said that they will replace it! And after 2 weeks the replacement arrived! Also, they're the one who payed the courier. Thank you so much, it really means a lot. I'll continue to use your app/website to preserve our family's memories.
