Brilliant attitude and customer facing skills. Extremely helpful with explaining photo booth and great range of props. Would highly recommend and use again.
Customer service is best ,response quickly also deliver products on time.
This company has just let me down the day before the event claiming they never got the contract yet they responded to emails and even sent over an example of the photo booth template! Absolutely do not book! Worst company I have dealt with! I have evidence to prove this, happy to share!

We hired a Magic Mirror just before the lock down. We where so impressed we bought one. Says it all really.
Great service, we hired the magic mirror and table selfies. The table selfies are amazing and created a talking point. The Attendent was loads of fun, well worth a hire.

When we ordered the package on the phone was advised what day would i like for delivery arranged. Called few days before to make sure all was okay. Was then informed would have to collect it from Birmingham- we are based in Essex. At no point in the whole process did that staff mention "just to make you aware you will need to collect this from our showroom in Birmingham" When i mentioned that on phone was answered with "we never deliver so you have to collect..."
We got there and had rushed training the guy himself was lovely but obviously have strict time to keep too. Because of the trouble we had with no one explaining the collection we did receive some free props (wouldn't bother they are naff to be honest I've purchased better ones in Tesco)
Had the booth for 3 months now had few bookings. Software continuously crashes at events which is embarrassing. Other half was advised to call at event when it crashes so they can look into it...but when a customer has a certain hire time this isn't the best option and makes us look unreliable.
The equipment bags provided are rubbish and do not hold the weight at all they have started to tear and break.
The final straw is that 3 of our Vinyl panels have snapped. I have contacted there customer service team who advised me to email them my concerns. Their response was that it's possible the vinyls have become brittle in transit to different locations?
And if i would like to purchase new ones they will let me know and yet again offered a set of props (crap). Highly disappointing and disgusted with customer service after forking out £5 grand on the equipment and it breaking after 3 months you would think they would help out. Have now contacted the finance company we purchased through and they are dealing with it. Will also be contacting trading standards.
After contacting a few other photo booth skin businesses who print skins i explained our skins breaking and they had stated that 2 year life expectancy would be expected even with usage a lot. One of the companies stated that he has had a lot of customers who have complained and not wanted to use them again.
My advise it to do your research and ideally go else where i'm afraid to say.
I wasn't sure how the whole "photobooth" thing would work. It was just something I went along with really. But I am really glad I used their services. It was setup on time and the operator was very polite and helpful. We used one of their standard booths which was pretty good so I can only imagine how awesome a custom made one would have been. All in all it was a good experience.
Absolute nightmare of a company! Great when they want the sale once they have your money vile people to deal with.
Stay clear of this cowboy company!! Bought a Magic Mirror from them to find problem after problem. Product was wrongly described as lightweight when it weights over 180kg, software is constantly crashing and they DO NOT HELP OR CARE. Once they have your money they turn there backs. When we tell them the software crashes all the time they make out like it's the way we handle it...funny how we've heard other people have the same issues and taken them to court. After your year is up they have no interest in helping with any technical difficulties and after saying they are constantly "updating" the software we have had no recorded updates since December - 6 months. Maria and Kelly are terrible at their job and will be smiley and nice when they are trying to sell you their product then laugh at you if you ever have a problem or need their help. No response from the "emergency support" when at an event...not for 24 hours anyway what a joke. We had to pack up our event and refund the customer as the rubbish software froze yet again, the touch screen didn't work yet again and after numerous calls to 24/7 support got no answer all night. Embarrassment and an absolute shambles of a company. THEY RIP YOU OFF, STAY WELL CLEAR. Lots more better photobooth products out there guys!! Don't get sucked in!!
They finished setting up at our wedding about 45 minutes later than the scheduled start time. They tried to claim they were less than 15 minutes late and refused to acknowledge their booth's own timestamped photos of their own operator tweaking settings more than half an hour after the start time.
I expected the management to take more of an interest and not ignore photographic evidence backing up my complaint.
A net score of 2 stars though because if you get an operator who sets it up on time and doesn't spend most of the evening playing on his phone and looking bored at your wedding, then the product itself can inject some fun into your event. Perhaps the best advice is to choose a professional operator close to your event.
