PhotoPacks.AI prominently advertises a money-back guarantee but does not actually give customers their money back when requested. You can see prior reviewers saying the same thing.

None of the photos remotely looked like me. I did not download a single one. I immediately emailed the company and have followed up repeatedly for the last two weeks, and I haven't gotten a response.

Don't waste your time and money. Also, if you're reading this and in the same situation and you used a credit card to pay, FILE A CHARGEBACK! Don't let them get away with their unethical business practices.

Tried a pack of photos. About 95% of them were unusable.

Did not download a single one and immediately asked for the refund, as stated very clearly in their money back guarantee.

It has been over 2 weeks, and my multiple contact attempts requesting this remain unanswered.

Basically, a scam behaviour.

100 photo’s and only a few looked like me but I can’t use them. Very bad quality. They only changed the background of those. And all the rest was just another person. Doesn’t even look like me. Waist of money.

It was easy to use and gave me a lot of different options to use for my different platforms. Other AI headshots are like twice the price and not a good. I have tried it in multiple styles and like the casual pack the best for my purposes.

Paid $19 for LinkedIn headshots. They asked to upload 10 photos any my race, sex. They generated 100 photos within 5 hours, but no idea WHOs photos they are. Basically it generates random photos of a person with same sex and race. No response from their support.

Beyond my expectations. I uploaded 10 selfies and received a 100 back. Of these many options, there were 10 superb usable photos which are brilliant considering the price.
