Avoid at all costs to protect your money!
Ordered a chair, cancelled the order before item dispatched and they still processed payment and took the funds, now been over 2 weeks and still no refund. Avoid like the plague, their customer service is shocking - only respond via email every few days, no telephone number either so you can actually speak to a human. And because you can’t speak to anyone they don’t answer questions in any emails you send, which again they only respond too every few days. Abysmal!!
