I receive great response time to my questions

I just spent the last four days participating in the workshop in New York City. I learned more in those four days than I ever thought possible. Not only that but the pictures we took are incredible. Already planning the next workshop.

My experience learning from Serge over the past year has been nothing but amazing. Not only the information and knowledge that he imparts but the way he goes about it. He is hands on and uses real world examples for us to learn and is very patient with his students, seems to always have time to answer a question and go over a technique.

Just returned from Serge's Venice/Florence workshop. There's a saying, "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." Serge fed us all for a lifetime, and I can't say enough good things him, both as a teacher, and photographer, and a friend. Thanks Serge.

Not only are the courses repetitive rehashes of material that Serge has posted on other sites (such as YouTube, where they are free) but once they have your email address they will NEVER STOP HARASSING you with offers and unwanted junk.

Serge Photography is exceptional! Serge is a master of his art, and it shows in every piece of content. The support team is incredibly helpful, and the library is easy to navigate, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. If you want to elevate your photography, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

I am extremly satisfied with Serge Ramelli's courses. They are clear, intuitive and very easy to follow and apply.
The support from Patrik is also outstanding. He is always helpful, open to any question and makes sure that even the smallest concerns are taken seriously. Overall, a fantastic learning exeperience!

I accidently paid for a presets pack in double. It was immediatly corrected. No questions asked. I am very happy with the way they handeled it, eventhough it was on a sunday!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR EMAILS.
You will get multiple emails every single day, its a spam machine of worthless repetitive emails. AND THE WORSE PART is that when you try to unsubscribe, they say youve been opted out of all them, but theres a little sneaky menu you actually have to go to and unselect all these boxes for the dif types of emails. Then magically one of boxes always rechecks itself after you finish, but you wont be able to tell unless you refresh. on top of that the box is only for receiving "training updates" but you will keep getting emails about everything else. Screw this guy. This guy is desperate and scummy for your money.

Serge and his team have excellent customer support! I’m in the Fine Art Photography course and asked about the sky files Serge was using in his lessons. I didn’t know if I had to upload my own. Next thing I know, they dropped 100 beautiful sky files into my account. Can’t ask for more than that. Thank you!

I have been a follower of Serge Ramelli's courses and software plugins/brushes/etc. for photography and just joined his Institue of Photography, to take my work to the next level. Essentially, a college curriculim but from a real-life, successful professional, who not only has his work in over a hundred galleries around the world, but a passionate, caring person who wants to see other photographers grow and succeed. I'm excited to take this next step in my photography journey, alongside other photographers, and soak in all of Serge's knowledge.

As well as what Serge has to offer, their behind the scenes support team, with Patrik, is beyond helpful. He helped me easily merge two accounts into one and got me sorted on a refund, when I bought a course twice. Super responsive and helpful!

What a journey it’s been!

After four years filled with highs and lows — from COVID disruptions to Melbourne’s lockdowns and travel restrictions — I’m proud to share that I’ve successfully completed Serge's Institute of Photography course and passed the final exam.

This experience has been both challenging and deeply rewarding. More than just improving my technical skills, the course completely transformed the way I see and approach photography. I’ve learned to look beyond the obvious — to ask, *What could make this image even better?* That simple but powerful shift in perspective has been invaluable to my growth as a photographer.

A huge thank you to Serge Ramelli for his clear instruction, patience, and insightful feedback throughout the course. His passion for teaching and genuine support kept me inspired every step of the way.

Even though my experience was short and sweet with Photoserge, it was a positive experience. I wasn't looking to buy any learning material from this photography company but Serge was able to navigate me towards some free content that I could take a look at in the meantime.
