This app is awesome, easy to use and quick delivery. I live in Malta and got my order just after a few days!! (even in covid times). I will definitely use this app again.

I found very easy to order my photo book, easy to organize the pics to choose and the format. Fast delivery too.

It was an experiment, I had never sent a photo online so I didn't know what to expect. But the result was excellent, and it was also delivered on time, in fact, a couple of days earlier than promised. I am a very satisfied customer.

I will never be ordering from this company again. What a mess it was to place a simple order and in the end I got ripped off...
I tried placing 2 orders one right after the other but the whole thing was so frustrating. First I placed an order for a couple of calendars and that went smoothly. Paid and received confirmation right away. Then I placed an order to develop more than 200 pics, paid, got PayPal confirmation but my order was not processed. I waited for a whole day but not confirmation that my order went through. Then I got an email from photosi saying I had an unfinished order in my cart so I assumed it was my +200 pics. I click on the link in the email and it directs me to the payment page without showing me what the order was. Not wanting to select and crop +200 pics again, I procede with another payment. To my surprise, it was another calendar order!
I call customer service right away, they inform me they will reimburse me for the mistake after I sent the printscreens of the payments. So I did. 2 days later I get a reply saying they cannot reimburse for a mistake induced by their own ridiculous system. I reply and get the same answer. They offered a voucher for a next purchase but I honestly am so disappointed with this whole experience that I don't feel like ordering anything again from them!

It's a SCAM. Don't place an order!!! Placed an order 3 weeks ago and it says pretty clear that delivery was going to be on December 21st. Then I received an email saying that delivery will be December 24rd. WRONG. Still waiting for an answer and for my order. If I knew I would not receive it those days I would not play any order.

Super happy with my purchase.
I ordered some prints, a calendar and a pillow for my grandmother back in Italy who recently lost my grandad.
The gift made her so happy, the quality is excellent (especially the pillow, better than expected!!) and the delivery was super quick. It was my first time using the app , but I will definitely use it again and recommend it. Thank you so much.

They didn’t respect the delivery date and I am not going to be able to give a Christmas present. Even worse if you try to contact them to change the delivery address they don’t answer and close the chat. Never going to buy anything else from them... they should be ashamed of them selves. Ordered for Italy

My photos were never delivered and were returned to Italy. Customer service said they'd resend but they've not even replied to my later emails, so looks like I've given them my money away. I'd give a negative star but unfortunately there's no such thing. I'll
definitely never buy from Photosì ever again.

Semplice , colorato e immediato forse un po’ caro però.

I am living in Spain, I ordered on 10th of April, now it's 21 and the photos are still not left the deposit, the delivery expected date was 20th. I understand everything might be delayed bcs of Corona, but they should say that on the app and don't lie about the delivery time. I would've searched another option, as I ordered for an important ocasion.
