This is nothing but a BIG scam

This is nothing but a BIG scam. I did some research on this company before I placed an order. It showed the company was based in Lewes, DE USA. I was OK with that since they said they were in the USA. BIG LIE, it’s coming out of China! Why does people live their lives thinking they have to cheat, lie and steal other people’s money?! That’s nothing but a disgrace & EVIL!! I paid those crooks $72 for (5) jars of the fungi cream which I will never get & it probably didn’t work anyway. I ordered this on March 4, 2026 & still haven’t received anything yet & it is March 19, 2026. I’ve requested a refund of my $72 that I paid them but of course I haven’t heard anything back from them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PHRENA…IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!
Please pass this on to everyone you know so they won’t be misled & fall for their LIES!!👿

My experience

My experience: Saw it on Facebook. Thought I could use it. Poked around on the internet and it "seemed" ok. Ordered what I wanted. That date was 02/14/26. Paid via credit card. Charged immediately. Got immediate email from Phrena confirming my order with a tracking link. Link indicated it was being shipped by a company nobody's ever heard of. Waited a couple days. Went back to link out of curiosity. Link dead. Where is this company? Looked it up. Delaware? Right. Thought I was scammed and ready to chalk it up to my naiveté. Probably could claw back my payment from my credit card company. Decided to wait. Such a hassle to deal with credit card companies. Went on to other things. Decided to ask Phrena "help" link to see what's going on. Help link email returns message I have never seen before. "Gmail cannot confirm that your email was received by your recipient". WTF? What a sucker I am. OK, now for sure convinced I'm scammed. Hang on. Get a notification from USPS. A package is being sent that my wife assures me that she did not order. Shipping label created 03/04/26. (Recall the order was placed and charged in mid-February). USPS shipping number received. The USPS expects to deliver by 03/10/26. That date comes and goes. A few more days go by. $70 bucks. Not going to break the bank but still, it's the principal of the thing. See my mailman coming up to my porch. Ask him - is this a legit shipping number? He says that it looks like one to him. USPS tracking states that it was shipped to processing center in Indianapolis - but "it is still in the system but is delayed." OK. What drama. USPS Indianapolis got the package on 3/4/26 but did not ships it from there until a week later. I in fact get my order on 03/16/26. Oh joy. Package sent from a person with initials AA from Roselle, IL (suburb of Chicago). (Package has her full address and such but I did not want to disclose that just on principal. She could be some innocent go between or something for this sketchy mystery company.) The Fungiclear is in little containers about 2" x 1.5" tall. It seems to have the consistency and appearance of cold cream. I have started to use it. If their results are similar to their order fulfillment process, I don't have much hope. But maybe their order fulfillment process was a Zen exercise in patience. Nobody needs to go through this drama. But, to those of us who know, anyone who has nail fungus would like to get rid of it.

Scam! Don't buy!!!

I ordered on January 23rd. I never received the order. I contacted customer service 3 times. The first two times I asked for a refund because it had already been a month since the original purchase date. I was sent an updated shipping link. None of the shipping links worked. I contacted affirm and when affirm reached out to phrena, they told affirm the product had been delivered. It's going on 2 months and still haven't received the product or my money back. Don't order from here, it's a scam.

Ordered this for my husband who has had gross toenails our entire marriage, going on 15 years. He complained about putting it on every single day but I stayed on him about it. Four and a half months later and his nails look NORMAL. Like actually normal human toenails. He pretends he doesnt care but I caught him checking his feet out in the bathroom mirror twice this week lmao. Men. Anyway it works you just gotta be consistent about applying it.

I received Fungi Clear product within 3…

Update:
So I’ve been using this cream for about a week and I’m already seeing results….nails looking less yellow. Phrena has also replied to my messages about the product. I’ll keep using Fungi clear for now.

I received Fungi Clear product within 3 weeks (arrived yesterday) Packaging for Fungi Clear looks very different to what the website has. I got 4 tubs that were opaque and white with the labelling. Product smells nice but it should smell at least like tea tree oil as that is a really strong essential oil. Will use this anyway and report back in 3 months time.

My first order got lost somewhere in…

My first order got lost somewhere in transit and i was super frustrated. Emailed support not expecting much and a woman name Emma got back to me within like 2 hours. She reshipped priority at no charge and even sent a discount code for next time. That kind of service is rare now days. Oh and the product works great too lol. 3 months and my nails look normal for the first time in forever.

Wish i found this 10 years ago Had fungus on both big toes since my late 30s, im 52 now. Tried lamisil pills, tried the lacquer my dermatologist gave me, tried soaking my feet in apple cider vinegar because some youtube video said it works. Nothing. My wife saw a FungiClear ad and ordered it without telling me. I rolled my eyes but started using it anyway. Around week 3 the nail felt different, softer, less thick. By month 2 there was a line of healthy pink nail growing in at the base. Im at month 4 now and my left toe is fully clear, right one maybe 90% there. Wore flip flops to Home Depot last weekend. FLIP FLOPS. Havent done that since like 2014.

FungiClear from Phrena

I like many on here thought I had been scammed as I ordered on February 8th. I also had trouble tracking by the link they provided. I reached out to them through their help page on their website and it took several days but they did get back to me with apologies and said I would be getting my order. My order of 5 jars arrived yesterday via USPS. I have not started using it yet but go to their website not Facebook and let them know and they will get back to you, I also was able to see all the tracking when I put my order # and email into tracking on their wensite. Mine took 18 business days which is about what they estimated in my second email I got from them after ordering. I agree they should be upfront that it’s shipping from a foreign country. I’m just hoping it works, fingers crossed.

This company is a SCAM!! Ordered
the product on 2/8/26. Contacted them several times and they said it was “on the way”. It is now 3-1/26 and the previous emails will not even load up or show tracking. Do NOT order from this company unless you want to lose $65!!

This is a scam

This is a scam. I ordered weeks ago and they charged my credit card but no product ever showed up. When I click on the tracking links or customer service, it goes to a nonworking webpage. There is no phone number. The customer service email bounces back. This is a scam.
