I’m Kit and I’ve been with Physique Factory for 8 weeks during which time I’ve lost 6 kgs (and gained some muscle!). PF has been fantastic in providing me tailored programs to follow, guiding me on my diet and checking in each week to ensure I was on track and providing guidance on the many questions I had. I’ve been on a solo program before and this is better since my coach is regularly checking-in, promptly providing guidance (and I do have many questions!), guiding me on healthy eating (there’s so much I’ve learnt about food) and encouraging me to keep going even when it gets tough. Simply put doing it myself was harder, full of assumptions I couldn’t qualify and very lonely.

I’ve lost weight, toned up, put on some muscle and best part of all I feel great and mentally sharp every day. I have gained from every cent and more in the time from improved work output, improved fitness and personal time to focus on my health…. and getting to show my kids their old man still has it! Most of all, my coach has been with me guiding me through the journey and holding me accountable when I fail to do so myself. I’d recommend them twice over to anyone considering fat loss/building muscle and more importantly for me building habits that are sustainable to keep you on the road to that version of yourself. Hey Everyone my name it’s Te Ahu. I’ve been with Physique Factory for about 6 weeks now. I started at 84 kg and I’m now at 74.5 kg with I’ve lost 9.5 kg since. I’m in a lean gain. I’ve striped a lot of body fat . And looking leaner stronger and most importantly feeling good. Thank you to my coach. He’s always there for support. If I have any questions about nutrition or training he always responds. The workouts are amazing. And I’m learning a lot about the nutrition side of things. Instead of having boring meal plans. He’s set my daily calories and I’ve just got to hit my macros every day. I’m learning so much about nutrition now and understand how important it is. My coach is always there to support me. Hey, my name is Jack, i have been with Pysique Factory for roughly 25
weeks with my coach. During this period of time i have achieved 26kg of weight loss. I find this service to be amazing and unlike anything i have expereineced before, this has given me the most results physically i have ever seen. The support i get from my coach is great. Its not what i expected at all in regards to being able to still eat some of my favourite foods and the amount of education I have been given, the wealth of knowledge from my coach and encouraging the mindset to not just make this work around life for a short amount of time, but building lifeling habits and stratagies. The system is great ,coach is amazing ,lesrning heaps ,always there to support you and answer questions , the app is user friendly as , all in all an amazing learning experience with results you can see in the mirror evident in a matter of weeks ! Loved it that much i got my brother on to it and hes kicking goals too !

I joined PF approx 4 weeks ago and the experience has been amazing. I am 56 years old and have dropped nearly 10kgs of fat. I have not been hungry, workouts are easy to follow and understand. Videos of all exercises showing exactly how to do it. All on my phone in the gym. My gym has limited gear so my coach designed my workout to suit my gym. Doesn’t get any easier than that. I talk with my coach weekly, he educates me on my diet, fitness, workouts and general well being. He adjusts my nutrition and exercise weekly or as required. Plus I have the support group on the app. This is very well put together and run by pro’s! Should have done this years ago. So, if you look and feel like S**t (you know who you are!) then I would seriously recommend this journey, it is cost effective, supportive and most importantly it works!

I’ve been with PF now for 6 weeks. Prior to PF I was struggling with noticing any form of change in a timely manner & it was causing me to be inconsistent & lose interest quite quickly or my interest in keeping at it would fluctuate. Since being with PF, I have learnt various amounts about nutrition, macros & calories as well as cardio & muscle building & how important each role is. My coach has been very diligent with me & is always only a message or call away. Being a tradie & a business owner, I need someone like this in my corner & on my team. Been with these guy for four weeks now, 7 kg down just following the plan given to me. PF instructors are always a call or message away. Great motivation and weekly check ins. They really get to know you to help you with whatever comes your way.

Man these guys have changed my life, was mucking around at the gym and with diet but with no real direction, once I bit the bullet and signed up with PF I was given a coach and some direction and what a difference it’s made I’m down 23 kilos since I signed up 6 months ago and I was away from the program for a month over Xmas so really only 5 months and close to 5 kilos a month. The coach is awesome the accountability , the advice , the group chats,it’s great sign up it will change your life! if you are a 48 yr old fat bastard like I was just do it 👍

5 weeks in and loving how I feel.

I’ve been with Physique Factory for 6 weeks now, and the experience has been genuinely transformative (12kgs down).

Since starting, I’ve seen consistent fat loss, noticeable improvements in muscle definition, better strength in the gym, and most importantly, a level of structure and accountability that I simply wasn’t achieving on my own. My name is Dwayne. I’m 24 and started my fitness journey with PF 20 days ago. I was looking for a way to get back into the gym after an injury and to lose some weight with the right approach, skills, and knowledge to do it properly.

I started at 84–85 kg and am now sitting at 80.5 kg — and I’ll continue pushing forward.

In the past, I was winging it in the gym. My training itself wasn’t the issue, but I didn’t have a structured plan to follow — especially when it came to balancing the right amounts of weight training, cardio, and meal prep to achieve the goals I’ve wanted from the start.

At first, I thought the program was a bit expensive. But once I gave it a go and have had a great run so far, I’ve realised it’s honestly worth it as an investment in myself.

G’day I’m Dave. 54 y.o FiFo mariner. I’m 8 weeks into the program and staring down 10kegs of fat loss. Always been a healthy eater and regular gym goer, surfer and into sports etc but was carrying excess around the belly that wasn’t moving. I decided the program would give me accountability to make some changes and it certainly has. I never knew what macros were, never counted a calorie in my life and by week two I was all over it. My coach was awesome in training me about my calorie intake, deficit and training regime and I saw results fast. I’m now lighter than when I was 18, stripped back and lean. The knowledge I’ve learned will stay with me forever and I couldn’t be more thankful to my coach. I was never concerned about the cost as I would spend that amount on beers every week.

I’ve Been with physique factory for around 4 months now and strongly recommend to anyone who struggles with staying accountable.
Having my PT speak to me weekly and go over my food and gym sessions really helps stay lock in week in week out.

So far I have lost 15kg since started with PT and feel so much more happier and healthier.

The communication from my coach is great always available for any questions. And often sending information that can better help me achieve my goal.
The accountability is something I have struggled with so speaking to my coach weekly helps keep me motivated.

Definitely worth the money if you’re struggling to get results on your own I’m glad I signed up.
