Hey, I’m Brett and I’ve been working with PF for the last 14 weeks and I’ve achieved 24kg in weight loss so far on this journey.
I will say that the process has been really positive for me as my coach has given me so much belief with the consistency of message and communication. My coach gives me the opportunity to express how important I’m feeling at any time, whilst acknowledging the struggles, the sore leg days, the awesome gains, the surprising photos and how my body has transformed in such a short window.
The investment in myself, far outweighs any fee that PF charge as a customer.
Doing this journey alone is just too difficult. I’d tried for decades to do it alone, but without the intelligent advice and expertise, I would always go back to old poor habits and my weight would yo-yo.
I would recommend PF to any one who is ready to take charge of their life, and believe they can look awesome at any age.

Ive been with physique factory for 8 weeks now and I feel amazing! My coach has been communicating with me every step of the way to make sure I’m hitting my goals. I’ve learnt so much along the way with my nutrition and training. I started at 95kgs and I’m down to 84kgs! Physically and mentally im in the best shape I have been, but overall the lifestyle change is a massive difference! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to change their life around.

I have been with Physique Factory for 3 months and i have achieved 13kg of weight loss! I was able to reach this goal due to great communication with my PT giving me the best dietary advice to help me achieve my goals. They check in with me weekly and keep track of what i eat and my weight to make sure im doing everything correctly. This accountability sped my my progress and i can now finally see my abs! Been with my coach for 12-14 weeks now and I’ve gone from 98kg to 84kg.
Can’t express how helpful they have been. Great balance between being strict / striving for the best outcome and banter.
Been so great being able to communicate and msg my coach whenever I need if I have any questions.
Super helpful with what to eat and what movements to do, and sending in a video of my training they’re able to tell me how to adjust etc.

I have been with Physique Factory for just under 10 weeks now and have managed to lose 10kgs since I started on the program with a focused and detailed training program that suits my work and lifestyle commitments.
The weekly check-ins and intermittent catch-ups with my coach provide great insight and feedback on training and calorie intake that requires tweaking to maximise the fat loss experience. I have been with coach for 24 weeks now and by the grace of Allah I have lost 22 kilos.
I still remember when I started this I was 90 kg and now Alhamdulillah I am 67 kg and this insane progress happened in 24 weeks. The communication and support my coach has given me in top notch. He is very knowledgable and has been very supporting throughout my journey. The results and changes I have managed to make, would not be possible without his guidance.

Ive been with my coach around 2.5 months and lost 10 kg which I think is pretty damm good, im still yet to achieve my end goal but im only a few kgs away so im really enjoying the progress so far. The exercises are good and can be tailored to what best suits your surroundings which always helps especially as I work away a lot, so the communication between me and my coach are really good. I do think meal plans would be a great thing to introduce but I’ve got the hang of it without it.. all in all I would recommend physique factory 🙌🏻

Couldn’t be more pleased so far with my results. I didn’t even know I had fat to lose but I did and it’s unleashed a new me. I’ve learnt a lot with my coach and very happy to have him. Lost the fat and now replacing with muscle in only a few weeks, couldn’t recommend it anymore probably the best investment I’ve made yet.
Ongoing support literally 24/7 from the coach, always guiding you through everything and anything.

I’ve come into the program with 0 clue what to expect. Now since being with PF, mind you I’m only 4 weeks into this and the journey has been nothing short of challenging, coming from old bad habits to necessary structure being introduced into my life. I’ve lost about 8kgs so far with more to lose and without my coach I could tell you I definitely wouldn’t have gotten this far. The undying support is unmatched and the level of professionalism and communication is definitely top tier. It’s what people like myself definitely need in succeeding to progress toward my goal. My experience with my coach has been the best. I was going gym, trying to eat good, but not seeing results, wondering where was I going wrong. That was until I found PF and met my coach. The meals, training, mentorship and everything in between is top standard, which has helped me become accountable in all my actions, as well as motivating myself to do this for myself, family, friends, and now my coach. Communication has been very good and helpful with all the questions about nutrition, apps and exercises. My coach has been amazing, I’ve received good results so far in a short amount of time mentally and physically. Compared to doing it myself where I couldn’t really get the results desired with PF I can finally see my abs properly while building muscle. Hey I’m Matt, I’ve been with physique factory for 12 weeks and I’ve lost over 20kg and still counting. Highly recommend this service my coach has been very supportive and accommodating around my hectic lifestyle, making this process a walk in the park. (Witch is also easier now to haha)

Half way through my journey and dropped 11kgs so far. Hardest thing for me is the eating, but just have to remember why I started.
