Experience with PIA in Thailand

Allot people think not good about Pakistan international airline (PIA) but be honestly I have such a nice experience with me in Thailand with PIA Thailand manager Mr.Shakeel Sb such a nice and honest personality. I have some flight cancelled issue with me there due to Pakistan and India war but he came there immediately and solve our all issue as soon as possible just with in few hours. Not just this he give me he mobile number and WhatsApp number and say not hesitate for contact with me any time in 24 hours. PIA need like this responsible man in management for grow up with in few time. Mr. Shakeel Sb such a real face of Pakistan in international community. I hope PIA have next time great people in international community for show real face of Pakistan to the world. My good blessings always with with my country. Proud to be a Pakistani.

PIA is holding my two payments for one…

PIA is holding my two payments for one journey from London to Islamabad in December 2018. My first ticket was cancelled without informing me and it caused me a lot of trouble at the airport. Since that day I am chasing them but nothing has been resolved. I also made a formal Complaint to them (i.e., 201901116204) but in vain. The customer services is of extremely low quality and they don’t seem to understand value of their customer’s time trying to contact them. It has been a very stressful experience flying with PIA unfortunately.

Absolute dangerous and nightmare airlines

Travel via PIA and your gambling with your life, absolutely appalling service from staff and the journey was a nightmare, should have known better and checked its safety record over 10 crashes since 2000, never again will I put my family threw this torture
Will avoid Pakistan International Airlines.

National Carrier WAS THE PRIDE AND JOY…

National Carrier WAS THE PRIDE AND JOY NOW JUST A JOYSTICK ..the entertainment system in the whole row not working and when asked got told that it is faulty after Hajj operation and don't know when Boeing will fix it.....the flight which had it working showed the limited variety of entertainment looks like not been updated for long.....screen was blured.....no headphones on both flights....
PKR 500 for every ticket at Islamabad Airport even though you paid everything upfront....no receipt aswell...
Highest priced ticket but cheap service.....
One main course no choice available.....
Service is ok......
Planes need updating.....seat covers tearing apart.....the seat is hard as rock......asked for blanket and was told they been distributed and none left.....same with pillows...the temperature of the aircraft needed to be increased so people don't get frozen....

Disgusting service

Disgusting service, hugely overpriced, horrible moody and rude flight attendants and airport staff. No in-flight entertainment but they still give you crap headphones, what are you supposed to do with them. Hardly any pillows or blankets. They change your direct return flight to via Karachi without informing you because they are deliberately over booking. People need to boycott PIA and then see how things quickly change. If you've never flown via the middle east on one of the other airlines then do, you probably won't go back to PIA again.

Worst flight ever

I’m sending this whilst travelling on PIA it has only been an hour and it feels like I’ve been here past 10 hours the following is what’s wrong with it

Firstly PIA was late as usual instead of 6pm we took off at 7pm and they did not make any announcement or apologies

The seats 💺 are really bad and it has very limited space - I’m stuck

The plane it self is very old

My seat 💺 is at rear in tail section

They only have 6 crew members towards the entire plane and it’s completely full only one or two seats 💺empty

In my section they did not come until some people made some noise even than they disappeared

The tv 📺 screens are blank and do not work or come on

The button to call a crew member does not work or make any noise so in any kind of emergency 🚨 you will have to shout

The overall service is extremely bad and I do not recommend anyone travelling on PIA unless it’s an emergency

The noise of the plane and engine is extremely loud

Cannot sleep 😴

Cannot watch tv 📺

They do not have any charger port so you can’t use your phone 📱tablets as the battery will drain and you will be left with no battery

The overall experience is extremely bad and the staff totally not bothered 😕

I had to wait for an hour before I got my blanket which I requested when boarded

Please make complaint to PIA headquarters and their agents as they should really invest in new planes ✈️ and upgrade to new younger staff preferably females as the men’s are not bothered and they just ignore you.

Hopefully the journey should be 7-8 hours but it will definitely would feel like 24 hours and further 12 hours of sleep would be required which is total waste when people say go direct you will get their quicker

Any other airline which has a minimum stop and connected time would be the best solution and we should all take advantage of this opportunity as their is not much of price difference.

Hope you will now do the following

Do not use PIA
Complaint to their Agents and PIA head office to which hopefully you will not get the answers.

PIA will never learn......and never improve

This airline hasn't improved over the years despite complaining about the lack of service every time I fly with them. The service is abysmal, the food is deteriorating in quantity and quality, and the in-flight comfort is really bad.

PIA should be ashamed at how they treat their passengers. Recently, I was on a flight from ISB-LHR and there was a delay for 6 hrs due to a technical glitch. It took the crew 2 hours to decide what to do. They made the passengers - including many crying infants and elderly people - wait in the baking hot plane before sense finally prevailed and they let us disembark into the terminal.

Awesome business class

Just flew London-Islamabad-London on their new A330 Business class. Fare is a fraction of other carriers (notably Emirates/Etihad/Turkish) and they provide direct flights. Excellent service, great food, friendly staff, comfortable seats. The lovely stewardess even took care of my daughter so I could have a sleep in peace. Thoroughly recommended.
