I was charged 4 times for a monthly subscription in less than two weeks, no response from customer support. Watch out, this is a defunct scam
Edit. I was refunded 3 of the payments after Revolut intervened. I would only use a card that you can freeze or block. Also the service is not good for 25 key keyboards
It's a scam! I can't login and password reset gives "critical errror". They took money from me two days ago and again today! But there's no way to stop it other than getting a new card.
Don't let them scam you.
I've been Trying to change my password for a few week because i cant seem to be able to connect to the website.
Also they continue to take my money without giving me the services i paid for. Also they dont respond to any or my mails...
I backed the original Pianu Kickstarter back in 2015/2016.
Since then, the creator of Pianu has taken the $59k raised, and not provided a service or product to most of the near 1,000 customers that pre-ordered.
The concept of the product is great, but I wouldn't trust them with your money, especially as a subscription service.
No issues whatsoever. Easy to understand and navigate site, a constantly-growing library of songs to learn, an amazing feature to upload my own midis and learn to play them, and a friendly and responsive team behind the whole thing. On top of all that it's quite affordable given the features it has. I've been using it for nearly a year now and I would absolutely recommend it!
Too be honest, it's a horrible website. The pricing is outrageous, when you play it doesn't track the sound. What a waste of my time.
Amazing way to learn, feels like playing a game, but you are actually learning something real
