the experience was excellent , the personal very proffesional ... now i expect the delivery of the order to see if it s also at the highest level!

i tried to buy 100sqm. of natural stone.the online system shows that the product is in stock, but when tried to check out and pay, the 100sqm been reduced to 1 sqm...tried to call the call assistent told me that there is no stock.i was asking what product thay got in thair system wich is up to 20euro/sqm.thay tried to offer something more expensive.but on the online page there are still offers of materials with lower cost.. so i dont know. or the online page is not ok, or the helpdesk person dont know how to get rid of a customer. thay promised to make a research on what product thay can get stock, on what date what price.promised a call back. never happened.i bought limestone from mr stone.nothing wrong just lost a seling of 2000euro, and created an unpleasent experience to a potential customer.

Still waiting for our order, that was made 2 month ago. They do not answer email or phone. Total disaster.

Very nice staff but delay with the delivery of goods

Made order, expected a follow-up and 1-2 weeks later, nothing.

The departaments information exchange doesn’t work, I had to give the same details twice. Also I cleared them with one they departments coleg, but I had to wait 2 weeks til the shipment arriwes.
