I bought a pretty silk dress . .The belt loops were too high and I was told that they would be altered .Although they were moved down they broke / unstitched on the first day .

I would give the Knightsbridge store zero stars. I ordered a custom color cape in February with an estimated two week delivery. No one contacted me on any delays as the manager Jennah was on holiday. I followed up three time and I haven’t received the cape. I have a requested a refund as I don’t want it in summer but no replies. This is over £1000.

I contacted this company out of hours for a product I wanted to purchase that was out of stock and website and they got back to me out of hours with the product, I purchased it and was delivered within days

Excellent quality cashmere. The service I received from both the store was exceptional.

I ordered a sweater and heard that it had been shipped. After that nothing until a request to review my experience. At this point communication with the company began and it finally emerged through photographic evidence that the delivery company- Hermes - had left the package at the wrong house.so the error was that of Hermes although Piazza Castello had chosen this company. They did however manage to resolve the issue.

I received the products of Piazza Castello, I think their sweaters are just beautiful and comfortable.
I don't often go to piazza castello, but I found a professional and very friendly staff.
I highly recommend to visit the store and buy their products which are just good and high quality

Visited the Chelsea store and bought a jumper. The store attendees were incredibly helpful and friendly.

I came to the shop last week and it was a lovely experience! The employees there were so nice and very helpful but the most important thing is the quality of their items, it is unbelievably good! I bought many things and they still look like brand new. Definitely will be back!

I was told when I entered the shop that there was a 30% discount on all items in the shop. When I tried several items, the owner/manager told me that he would give me additional discounts (additional 10% or more) on some of the items. It was my fault for not checking, but when I got home, I discovered that he had only given me the ‘standard’ 30% discount on all items. I bought over £2,500 of goods (before discount) from the shop and felt ‘cheated’ after spending so much. He was not honorable. Whilst the products are nice, I’m afraid I will not be going back nor can I recommend the shop.

Make sure you check all the prices are right, including display prices before you leave the store. I shopped at the Chelsea location. The quality of the clothes is good. They are stylish as well. There is a male staff who is friendly and helpful. However, there is one girl who is sort of pushy and not too kind. She didn’t bring the prices right even though the price is right on the tag. So please check all of your purchase and price right at the store before you pay to save a trip to go back to fight for refund and their ridiculous excuse of items cannot be returned even within 3 days. Good quality clothes , unfortunately the staff seems not honest .
