Time Wasters - Do Not Buy From This Company

Placed an order on 15 June 2025, website said they dispatch within 24 hours and to expect delivery in 2 to 3 days. They took my £51.67 on the 15th but by the 20 June I had heard NOTHING.
Tried calling many times - no answer
Emailed via their system - no answer
Texted them - no answer
They did send a refund - but no explanation or apology.
Unsure based on my and previous review why on earth they have a website - just a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME ☹️😡

Do not order from this company

Company appears to have stopped trading, but their website is still active. None of their social platforms have been updated since 2022. I ordered an item 22 days ago from their website but it has not arrived, and the company does not respond to emails or phone calls. The item is now showing as out of stock on the website. I shall be opening a dispute via PayPal to get my money back. Don't buy anything from them.

We went looking for a new dog tag and…

We went looking for a new dog tag and foudn the perfect one at Picapets. It was cheaper then the others and free shipping. Id did say 3 - 4 days shipping but it took 14, I contacted them and Nikki from Picapets told me there was a delay from the Swiss end but It was on its way. 3 days later it arrived safe and sound and looks amazing. Overall a great seller if a bit more clarity on the shipping times and email updates if there are delays.
