The creation tool is the best I've come across, the delivery time was decent, the instructions perfectly clear, and the bespoke Cabinet I received was excellent quality, even though it was not one of the top of the range options. A little pricey, but very worth it.

Awesome customer service and a brilliant product
Great experience throughout the transaction - we got samples of the materials we wanted the unit built in; the web application to build and cost your unit is very easy to use, and the paper instructions included for building it (you can also pay for them to build it) are some of the best I've seen for flat-pack furniture. The unit was to go under the overhang of a kitchen island that we never sit at, and the size was mm perfect, it looks like part of the original kitchen, and it felt like a really solid piece of furniture when complete. We were incredibly pleased.

The whole shopping / delivery experience as perfect and then the oak desk and shelves made to measure are just so beautiful. Had them over a year and they still fill me with so much joy. Not cheap but totally worth it .

Not recommended for EU citizen
To order was simple. For EU citizen I would not recommend. Delivery time was terrible Long.
In the end, the toaster arrived with an American plug; we now have to reassemble it.

Unable to receive any samples
I ordered some samples online and after 2 weeks, I reported the incident to customer service. A lady replied to me the following day indicating that I ordered them from Germany and she resent them from NL. Yet, after more than two months, and after having had two set of samples shipped from two different countries, I have not received anything. Really bad.
Answering to the reply I got from Pickawood, maybe it was not clear in my comment above that I got in contact with customer services long ago and they sent me the samples from the NL. After waiting for two weeks, I contacted them again once every week of delay, but the only response I got was that they were sorry and that it is not their fault but the transport company. Two months have passed by now and no samples. Embarrassing.

Excellent, but larger drawing would be helpful
An excellent service. Item was well made, of quality materials (for the cost) and all components were provided.
Assembly was quite tricky at first, because the font on the component labels and the drawing is extremely tiny. I would prefer it if the manufacturer produced the diagram on A3 so it is a usable size.

I am delighted with the shelf unit I purchased from Pickawood. Good overall, but with a glitch
It's a good, clever system and I was amazed at how well it worked. But I do have one gripe, which is that the machining of the side-panel holes for my bookcase, the holes into which shelf supports are inserted, was, for at least one of the side-panels, an irregular match with the others. This meant shelves which are slightly wonky. I've fixed this by drilling replacement holes. But still, that was a pain and the problem ought not to have occurred in the first place.
