Still no dress and they refuse to return money
I ordered a dress at the beginning of January and paid extra to ensure that it would be here by January 26. It's the end of march and 30 emails later and no dress. They tried to lie and sat that my dress was getting thrown out at customs even thought I had contacted customs and got a tracking number after they returned the dress back because the company didn't provide the information that customs wanted from them. Seriously don't waste your money. You can get the same dresses at other more reputable online shops. I wish I would have never ordered. Pay the extra 30$ and actually get your product

not exactly what I expected, because it exceeded my expectation ^_^
I picked custom size and it fits me so well :x The expected arrival date was 1 month since the day I ordered, but it came 2 weeks earlier! The dress looks and feels nice! Fabric is high quality. Customer service was responsive although agents were not native English speakers, communication wasn't excellent but good enough. Be aware that the dress is being shipped from China, you'll be charged with customer clearance fee.
Anyway, don't let the fact that the business is China-based discourage you from getting your dress. My dress is better than all the dresses that I tried in stores in Ottawa, Canada that I could afford. I paid much less money than I would have if I was to get a decent dress from a store then get it tailored.

This is a lovely dress
This is a lovely dress, it arrived looking pretty close to the photo. True sizing (I didn't get custom sizing). It is very detailed and finished beautifully. Very light material. All in all, a really beautiful, unique dress for a fantastic price. Will highly recommend this site pickedresses.com to all of my family and friends.

I bought the dress for my daughter. I am absolutely thrilled with this dress, the quality and workmanship is amazing and it looks exactly as shown in the pictures. It is quite suitable for my honey.
