I have used Pickford's for three moves now - two international moves (to and from the USA) and one move from Wiltshire to Dorset. Each time they have done an excellent job for me.
Their team has been on time, courteous and patient as they packed up the house and then even more importantly when they were unpacking. This gave me time to have them place the furniture where it was needed, resulting in getting settled more quickly after they had left.
I would definitely recommend them for a future move.

After relocating from Australia back to the UK, Pickfords handled the final leg of my long-haul shipping. Moving internationally is stressful enough, but Simon made the last stretch — from touchdown through customs and all the way to delivery — as smooth and hassle-free as possible. His communication throughout was excellent and really put my mind at ease. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Our move was well planned and organised and the two movers were excellent.

Really fantastic team, Kellie our move manager was brilliant and really flexible when we had to move dates and the removal guys headed up by Phil, alongside Joseph, Paul and Robin were excellent. We’re very happy in our new home after a stress free move!

My move was complicated but the paperwork was clear and everything was well organised. They communicated when they said they would and everything happened on time. Staff were punctual, courteous and took great care of property and belongings and were very hard working. This is my second time using Pickfords for a major relocation and I would use them again as first choice

The pre-delivery communication was not ideal - I had to keep contacting the company for updates for our delayed container (previously we'd had automatic updates with other companies.) On the delivery day, Gary and the team (apologies for forgetting their names) were very helpful and careful with our stuff, despite living on the 2nd floor.

I have been very impressed by the clarity and reliability of the service you have provided in moving my goods from South Africa to my home in England. Your organisation and your delivery team were flawless.

Superb service from start to finish with a few laughs with the group of guys along the way. 1000% would use again. Thank you so so much for everything. Don’t think the guys will forget our stairs in a hurry!

The delivery guys this end were helpful. Nancy in Canada was extremely helpful regarding the complicated paperwork.

Simon handled my move back from Australia very professionally, he kept me informed of the arrival times and always responded to any questions immediately.
