One star because they don't have none. This a TOTAL SCAM. They play games by sending you an unrelated item and claim they fulfilled the order. Once confronted with photos and shipping papers they then claim a shipping error. After several months they will claim everything is on back order. Now any emails to them is undeliverable! Lesson learned!

More like -5 stars! TOTAL SCAM paid for a sleeping bag but nothings has arrived, thankfully if you paid by debit or credit card you can do charge back even if you got a product because it’s not what you ordered. I did manage to get in touch by email but they just fob you off, after 5 months I can finally start the process of getting my money back. Avoid like the plague!

Full scam. When you contact them, they say the items were shipped and send a screen shot of the tracking number having been delivered. What I didn't realize was that the knee sleeve I never ordered but received randomly was in fact what they were passing off as the wearable sleeping bags I ordered. When I told them I was wise to their ways, they offered a 30% refund. I'll be going to the bank, the RCMP, and BBB.

As other reviewers have said, this is a scam company. Instead of what you ordered, they send a cheap item by tracked mail without any details in the package (so they can prove the parcel was delivered). When you send emails, they initially pretend to be Chinese, and then stop answering. I finally got my money back through my Credit Card provider (“the vendor has refunded your money”) but since they actually refunded, the credit card company doesn’t blacklist them, and they continue to trade. BEWARE

0 starts - 1000% a scam. Like many of these people I ordered a nice cozy wearable sleeping bag. I knew by the price it was most likely a scam but hey that's what fraud protection is for right? Got SUPER excited when I got tracking only to receive...a cheap janky cross necklace that no ne - not even a 2 yr old - would wear. So I emailed them - and they emailed me back - we have been going back and forth for over 3 mos and am being told 'item on backorder'. This week I was offered a 10% refund for waiting. I said no thanks, refund please. They offered me a 30% refund because "they sent me an item worth money that they also had to pay to ship AND they let me keep it" - yeah nope friends y'all sent me NOT what I ordered you refund 100% - you can send me a shipping label and I'll send this LOVELY crap cross back to you! Their counter - 50% refund OR I have to PAY to ship it their cross back to them, stating their refund policy is that customer pays for return shipping. Nope - not when you sent me crap I didn't order! 100% refund please...so now we wait for the fun...

Ordered a wearable sleeping bag which never arrived.

SCAM! I purchased a wearable sleeping bag and wondered why I was randomly sent a pair of socks with no reference. Turns out this company sends you a small product instead of the larger one you ordered, this way they can lie and say the item was delivered when it wasn't. No way of getting your money back it seems.

SCAM!!! Bought a wearable sleeping bag also, been wondering why hasn't arrived yet. Did receive a cross necklace a few weeks back and had no idea what for and now reading other reviews am sure it is from this company.

This is definitely some kind of scam. I ordered a sleeping bag suit as a gift and received a cross. I have since asked for my money back and only get requests to accept another shipment. Terrible. Avoid!

Horrific company to deal with. Purchased the sleeping bag suit in November….. it’s now February and I haven’t received it. States it’s been delivered but I certainly haven’t received it.

I ordered a dog bed, it was like others off of a facebook advert. Arrived today and again as many recieved a box pf socks. £25 for a box of 5 pairs of socks. This company needs shutting down. If you haven't ordered yet and are just looking for reviews, steer well clear of these con artists.....

Same as most other folk here, I ordered a wearable sleeping bag via facebook and got a box of socks - not holding out for a refund. The UK business on the shipping information is Clevy based in Sunbury-on-Thames. I'll inform local trading standards on Monday.

Useless as hell warehouse person sent wrong item then when I tell them they say we send item you ordered but when it doesn't arrive I tell them and their reply is it's been delivered yet I haven't received it

NO STARS. SCAM. ORDERED a sleeping bag suit and received 2 knee supports that are rubbish. Got an email saying there was a packaging error, after complaining, but nothing received and heard nothing again afterwards. Wish I had checked before buying. This is not the first time. buy NOTHING from FACEBOOK!!!!

They are a scam. I ordered two wearable sleeping bags and got the same leg compression item that others received.
I will file a claim with my CC company to get my money back.

This is a repeat of some others. Was charged for two sleeping bags ( over $60) and received a random leg support thing with almost no shipping info and no invoice. I received an auto reply from the company in China when I wrote. I will be floored if I am ever refunded. SCAM.

Another review to add to the many. Ordered the sleeping bags before Xmas. Received some knee supports? Had to get money back from bank. If I had not come across this page by total accident I wouldn't have even known to do that, which is obviously how they make their money What a shame I honestly thought Facebook would vet their advertisers (naive) . Can't believe they're still trading!

The other reviews are completely correct. I wish I'd read them before ordering. I was sent some sort of compression legging instead of 4 sleeping bag suits. AVOID

DON’T ORDER - ordered 2 sleeping bag suits on 21st December, money came straight out of my account , still no product a month later . I’ve tried chasing my order and all I’ve got is lies, then silence !!!

Never received my product even tho it says delivered - do not order from them!!
