I recently ordered a Clarke drill press direct from Pickmore. The price surprised me as it was well below other retail outlets, even paying the next day surcharge. Actually, delivery was 2 days due to problems in the (well established, worlwide) courier company. Pickmore apologised and refunded the extra charge. It's good to find a company which cares about it's customers. I would certainly want to deal with them again.

The service and delivery from Pickmore were nothing less than excellent and their prices are very competitive indeed. Thank you also to Andrew for his careful attention in sending an invoice. This kind of good old-fashioned service is not all that cocmmon nowadays. No hesitation in recommending.

Great service, exact item delivered promptly,

Bought a Brennenstuhl cable.
Sent a cheap "Hongyi" one with a Brennenstuhl label.
When queried told Brennenstuhl make two products...one German and one Chinese and I have bought the cheaper version.
However, the cable they have advertised is different from what they have sent and I was under the impression I had bought a genuine Brennestuhl premier product. I have photos/ Screenshot to prove they don't say Hongyi on, so have asked they explain why the photos on the website are different and do not display the Hongyi details.Have also emailed Brennenstuhl direct and am to raise with trading standards. I think it's unfair cheaper products are dressed up as a premium product, particularly when we are dealing with electrics

The service was excellent. I was kept up to date with my order via phone and email. The package was well-packed and arrived on time. Prices were competitive as well.

Ordered an empty reel for a hosepipe via B&Q Marketplace but when it came it was too small. Contacted Pickmore twice to try to arrange a return but they failed to respond. Now trying to sort issue via B&Q but so far they are no better (offshore call centre with lengthy waiting times and the usual communication problems and still being passed from pillar to post). Won’t be buying anything from these people again.

Ordered a small piece of equipment but within a few hours I had to cancel the order. Contacted Pickmore ( Andrew ) who immediately cancelled the order and arranged a refund. Excellent service with no hassle. Very impressed.
