Buyer beware I wouldn't give my credit…
Buyer beware I wouldn't give my credit card information to a business like Pick N Wear with questionable integrity. At first I was receiving baseless disparaging posts from a Fiverr freelancer Akhbar Hussain living in Pakistan. Then email threats demanding money or else I will receive negative reviews sent by ourreactionpashto a group from Pakistan. This morning Pick N Wear a business in our backyard located in Southern California jumped on the bandwagon posting baseless disparaging remarks. That tells me they not only condone online bullying and extortion they are happy to join in. I have informed the authorities.
A Question of Business Integrity
I believe customers have a right to know how a business owner conducts herself when dealing with other small businesses.
Pick N Wear publicly posted on the Brave Little Tiger Facebook page stating that she “doesn't recommend” our company and telling people to “stay away,” calling Brave Little Tiger a “Fraud company” and “completely a scam.”
Here is the problem: I have never purchased anything from Pick N Wear, Pick N Wear has never purchased anything from Brave Little Tiger, and I have never had any business transaction or interaction with this business or its owner.
I publicly asked her to explain when we supposedly interacted and to identify the experience on which she based these accusations.
In my opinion, a business owner who publicly attacks another business should be prepared to substantiate what she says. Making serious accusations about a company without having had a genuine customer or business experience raises legitimate questions about professional judgment and business integrity.
This occurred following a separate dispute involving a former freelancer, Akbar Hussain. I am preserving the posts and other relevant documentation.
I am posting this so people can see exactly what occurred and form their own opinion about whether this is appropriate conduct for a business owner.
I believe small-business owners should support fair competition and honest reviews—not use business pages to participate in personal disputes or make unsupported accusations against companies with which they have never done business.
