Wrong item received. What was sent was worth about a tenth of what I paid. Refused to refund until I paid return mail to CHINA! Paid with PayPal but they failed to achieve a refund because of the ‘return’ deal. Very clever and a well thought out scam. I shall never again order anything I see advertised on the ubiquitous Pinterest or YouTube. Surprised those companies don’t ban such advertisements …… nah, it’s all about money, isn’t it!

Do NOT use this company. They send you doll clothes. Literally. And even if you COULD wear them, the color and styles are nothing like pictured. They're overseas. Only way to get your money back is to dispute the charge at the credit card company.

I’m very unhappy. Ordered 3 piece suit and got just the top. The material is not very soft at all. Not happy. Want refund! Working on that.

Receive a damaged shirt. Pretty much a cleaning rag.

I ordered over $1000 of clothing through pintrest , the clothes were not the same they were coloured prints on white fabric for example black print on white fabric so the collars and sleeves are whit inside. Also unable to return , And the images a re small jpegs on a piece of fabric all pixelated i cant get my money back or even a refund.i paid fro return got my parcel back in 3 months. Un able to locate address.

bought 2 Japanese Art Shirts, payed extra money for fast delivery, but did never receive them.

Horrendous company. I ordered 3 dresses online and they only sent me one which was nothing like what was described. They sent a tiny very cheaply made short dress when I ordered a long dress. Nothing like what was advertised on their website. I also paid for express shipping and they only shipped it 10 days after I paid. The item arrived almost a month after I paid and that was just one of the 3 things I ordered. I tried reaching out and there has been no response. I intend to report this as fraud with my bank.

DO NOT SPEND $ WITH THIS COMPANY. SO SHADY. I bought $300 worth of clothes. They are super cheap and nothing like the photos. Ugly and plasticky and I could not wear them. I tried to return the items immediately and Pickufab makes it impossible. All clothes were in original packaging and perfect condition. Pickufab stalls you w emails past the return date to make you beg for a return address that they don’t list on their web site. I meticulously returned the items and they are in China and they just say “we never got them”. I’ve sent tracking etc and they are of zero help. It cost me $100 to ship their items back. I’m out $400 and they won’t do anything for me. Worst service I’ve ever dealt with.

I bought 2 dresses and 3 earrings (90$), and not one of them looked anything like the picture. Horrible quality and the fabric is not even close to linen. So disappointing.

I received the wrong item requested full refund, quality of fabric and design is horrible. The return address is in China and I have to pay for the return!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering - complete scam. Ordered two items - what arrived wasn't even a vague copy - really cheap nasty quality

SCAM……if I could give it zero stars I would! Pickufab should be taken off every site it’s on! Ordered two tops, never received them at all. Contacted them, only to get the runaround. They wanted me to send confirmation of order and proof of payment…..I did that. Still wasn’t enough. I had a tracking #, which they said didn’t exist! Do not order anything from these scammers!

SCAM!!! This company has no quality control and terrible customer service. Products took weeks to arrive even though they were sent from some guy in CA. I ordered a long, lightweight denim blazer and a linen brown utility shirt. I received a 1980s model Levis-esk heavy denim jean jacket that was unfinished with inoperable button holes and a faux satin salmon colored mens button up with a chest pocket. Their return policy forces buyers to ship the product back to China and pay for it plus import tax. After multiple emails, they offered a measley 20% back even though I paid $59 for two products and received two completely different in every way, sub par pieces of clothing. They are a scam company with high prices and crap clothing.

Considering everything I've ordered, I believe the firm to be excellent. My items always arrive quickly and exactly as shown in the picture.

I have been waiting almost 2 months for my order. They gave me a tracking # which doesn't exist.
Customer service has been almost useless. This co. is a scam!!

It is very comfortable, especially at the collar. I bought it from other websites before, and the neckline would be very tight. This is very suitable.

I ordered 5 items from Pickufab and each received was counterfeit. Two pairs of earrings advertised as sterling silver were not silver but silver colored metal with fake embellishments. A Sterling ring was simply a mangled ball of wire. A pair of turquoise earrings ordered was plastic. When received they were turquoise plastic. PayPal negotiated a return. The items were mailed to me from a local distribution center but I had to mail the items back to China at my cost of $23. Please do not fall for this bait with good pricing and switch scam of s company!!!!!!!!!

I liked what they offered and I see myself going back for more shopping.
