This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM. Do not use this site.

What i was trying to do: Did a search looking for AI site to correct my image. This site came up so i thought a test was the way to go. Wanted to correct a poor resolution image. Once uploaded, the AI does it's thing and you have to make choice. To see the AI generated result, you need to commit to USD$0.10 for it to unblur and also make the downloadable file available. Thought this was an ok amount to test it out.

The next day, i checked my bank card and they took the USD$0.10 and ALSO took USD$49.00. In follow up communications with them, they said that the trial period was over and that the PRO pricing was initiated. This 'trial' period was less than 24 hours and there was no writing on the page that reference TRIAL period or roll over to PRO.

All it said was to pay $0.10 to see the AI generated image and to be able to download it.

Through back and forth communications, they refuned 50% of the fee. Their rational, that they had to pay a 3rd party for the service so would not offer any more refund.

This is not acceptable. I'll be escalating to my bank. The whole experience has been a pain. Feb.1- Feb.3, 2026 with many emails back and forth and no full resolution.

Stay away from these guys. I should have looked up reviews before going forward. Seems like this is their MO. SCAM people out of money and fight to keep tit by saying it is written in their policies. Being persistent with them doesn't help.
