Brilliant Customer Service / Pricing Could Be Clearer
I created a 44 page book over a couple of weeks on their site. It was a pretty decent experience, the website seemed to keep logging me out but fortunately it didn't lose any of the changes I'd been making to my book.
The only issue I had with the website is that the pricing is not clear at all. The whole time I was working on the book there is a cost on the top right of the screen. I was planning to take advantage of their 50% discount after spending an initial £50, so assumed when I placed my bulk order the cost of the books would be 50% of what I was seeing on the screen while creating the book.
Not so! The cost I was seeing was 30% discounted from the full price, but this was not mentioned anywhere! I had therefore quoted my client based on figures I'd seen but when I came to order the cost was significantly more than I had quoted.
Customer service were brilliant! They understood my problem and agreed to meet the price I'd quoted to my client. So 10 out of 10 for problem resolution.
I did suggest, and they agreed, that they should make their pricing much clearer so that other people don't hit this issue. It could have been quite embarrassing for me!
Oh, and apparently the reason I kept being logged out of the site was because they were doing some upgrades to their system during that week. - It would have been good to have had some notification of this too.
The product quality is excellent. The customer service is excellent, the website (for designing books) is excellent. Just a couple of minor issues for them to take on board.
Highly recommended.

Poor service and misleading promises!
I don't know about quality as it hasn't arrived yet but their promise of 3 day shippin is 100% untrue! Ordered on Friday with 3 day shipping (initial confirmation said arrival Tuesday) and even on wednesday when it should've been delivered, it's still not left their depot. After numerous emails they don't reply and I'm losing hope that the important books I ordered for the weekend won't arrive in time and I'll no longer need the goods after the weekend
