As a new YouTube content creator, I have to say I'm in love with Pictory. I tried to use it today and am not going back. It checks every box as someone with no editorial skills, only one small thing now, money to pay for an upgrade, but I will recommend this to anyone.

Pictory will save you a lot of time! More videos = more $$!
Pictory.ai makes my content creation so much easier! I’m able to create tons of videos in 1/2 the time, and I can brand it with my channel logo. The video creation quality is top notch as well, where it doesn’t require too much additional editing. Pictory has so many assets to use for the videos, which saves a ton of time and money from gathering assets to use for videos. The editing tool is also really cool as well with finished content as well.

You know many of us came over when Vidnami stepped away from the business. So, Pictory did a great job of replacing Vidnami. And it is getting better and better with the AI integrations.

My bad! Didn't realize this was not direct to Picktory!
THEY WERE FABULOUS AT FIXING THE ISSUE!!
Worked great during the free trial and for a few days after subscription. Now nothing works and support is not much help. Might need to find a different company, which is too bad! I liked the tools and how my stories came out.

Don't trust this website!
I have no clue how they got some many good reviews beside them possibly paying for reviews... I was using the service for a month to test it out, see if I can create videos on a second channel with just my script and it does what it states it does but it finds videos on stock websites which makes sense but it doesn't always have a video that properly fits your words. This isn't the overall issue, the issues is I canceled it at the end of July, the website said it was cancel and I can use the service until the end of August but I got charge again at the end of August. There was no trace of me cancelling it. I have canceled it again and I will be calling paypal tomorrow to see if they can block further charges from Pictory!

It makes editing easy
It makes editing easy, especially splitting the scenes and adapting length to 11 labs AI voice - which are awesome, just quota could be more generous :) What still needs improvement is selecting the scenes, 90 percent of them needs to be replaced manually and when you need some specific famous person to be included you even need to find your own images, but I understand that this is more copyright than technological challenge. But generally I like a tool a lot.

System is always failing/ Horrible customer service
I have been using this service for about 6 months now. At first it was working fairly well. Lately I am not sure what is going on but I continue to have trouble with my videos. 2 weeks ago no one could down load a video. I lost 2 weeks of work. I was going on vacation and my goal was to work late and complete 3 videos and schedule two of them on the week I was on vacation. I could not because there system would not allow me to down load. Customer service is horrible they do not follow up with you, I need to send about 2 to 3 emails to get one answer, when I do get the answer it is not very detailed. I don't think these people understand that they need to keep their current customers in order to be successful . I am currently waiting for an answer from them on another issue where my voice over does not match the subtitles. I find myself waiting again and not able to work because this system is unreliable. If you are trying to turn you tube into a business this system is not for you. There are many more systems that provide these services and I am going to start to look into them and check out there reviews etc. I will let you know if Pictorys customer service and systems improve but as of now I give them a 1 out of 5.

I've used this tool to make three marketing videos and would not have been able to do this on our budget and with the time that we have without this tool! It is very easy to use and also fun to use!

I cannot move forward I want to remove my card information and start all over again because it's still telling me something is failing I can't find where to delete it I'm not getting any access to fix the problem and it makes me so frustrated I love the but so much disappointing experience I am having with it and I want to make my purchase I am actually on the app right now
