The sale they ran allowed me to order a frame within budget. Customer service answered me in a timely fashion and took care of an issue. They produce a great product and I have always been satisfied.

I have ordered from this company many times and am usually pleased with the product. However, the frame i received this time is useless for hanging a canvas. In the hanging kit they include retainer clips, which are supposed to slip into a retainer groove on the back of the frame (per the instructions) to hold the canvas and backing in place - however, there is no retainer groove. The back of the frame is completely smooth. Without the retainers there is nothing to keep the canvas in place within the frame. Spoke with customer service about this issue. They told me that the manufacturer sometimes sends the frame without the retainer groove, so you need to use some other method to hold the canvas in place. They seem to feel that sending a product that is useless for framing as needed is perfectly okay and that blaming it on the manufacturer absolve them of responsibility. Completely unacceptable response. This company has lost a loyal customer.

I like being able to insert my artwork into the framing which I am considering. It is so easy to do and really makes a big difference in my decision making. Other online framers do not do this. It makes it difficult to know how frame will work. I always come back to picture frames.com because of this service.

Looking for framing material. Found these guys online via google search. I liked the website layout. Easy to navigate. The selection was good not overwhelming like when you visit a framing shop with all the frame samples on the walls. We were able to get the appropriate size. The price was much lower than in a framing shop for the material. Time will tell if what we ordered is indeed something that looks good on the painting it is destined to frame.
