It took 13 days for this company to deliver my order. They didn't bother me with loads of unnecessary e-mails about delivery etc. They didn't contact me at all until the order was done and to tell me it would be shipped soon. My complicated order was perfect - no fuss, no frills. I am very happy with it! One little thing - it would be good to be able to see the difference between the textured and plain mounts on the website. I ended up ordering 2 to choose from as I didn't know what they'd be like as they looked identical on the website. They were both really nice, very good quality and well packaged.

You can safely ignore the negative reviews on here. Some people expect Amazon-type communications and delivery times from a bespoke operation. If you have any questions Tom at PFD will normally respond to emails the same day. Oh! And I nearly forgot. Quality is excellent!

A firm that really cares! I had queries about my order and Tom responded quickly and efficiently every time - it was first class service. And I was really pleased with the mounts when they came - arrived in perfect condition with strong, sensible packaging to keep them safe.

My first experience of using picture frames direct was great! I was seeking a present for my parents golden wedding anniversary. The frame came as expected and the quality of it was more beautiful than I imagined. Then when I put the photo and frame together it just so happened to look way more better than I was imagining. My parents love the gift!

As The Yorkshire Photographer, I regularly purchase bespoke mounts from Picture Frames Direct for my business. I create signed football prints for the club I photograph at, and having perfectly sized mounts is crucial for a professional finish.

It took me a little while to nail down the exact sizing, as the measurements weren’t quite what I expected at first. However, once I measured correctly and had my mounts custom-made, they fit perfectly with my frames. Now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The only company that gave a choice of layout that suited the 5 pictures we wanted set into a frame. The choice of mounts, frames and styles were excellent and as such the finished product was exactly what we wanted. Made and delivered within the set time frame, well packaged and very reasonable cost. All in all, we would definitely use again. Thank you.

I ordered custom mounts and when they arrived they were not the sizes I had requested. Contacted the company who asked for photos showing the sizes on a tape measure which I sent them only to be told the tape measure was wrong and that I should buy another one. Completely ridiculous and I don't doubt that if I did buy another tape measure they'd tell me that one was also defective when they didn't like the measurements it gave

Placed order 10 days ago - no communication or acknowledgemment as yet despite parting with £113 for 2 frames. Their website says 7-10 days lead time. On Paypal this company is identified as "The China Shop" and the link to sales doesn't work.
Getting worried.
