Please DO NOT USE this company. I paid £80 for 2 frames for pieces of artwork. The frames were shoddy and they won’t answer the phone or respond to emails.

This company is no longer trading. Their website however fully gives the impression that it is and payments go through. This is fraudulent and the website needs to be shut down.

Have not received Frame ordered on 26th July. Company do not answer their phones or reply to emails.
An absolute disgrace to accept orders and payments online and being so disrespectful to customers.

This company has stopped trading, although is still accepting orders through their website. DO NOT USE.

Although the website is up, it appears this business isn't operating. Credit card transactions won't process, emails not replied and customer service line rings out.

Trying to place an order and the payment path doesn't have SCA built in so it won't accept any of my cards. I tried filling out the contact us form and got an error saying it couldn't be submitted and the phone number is out of service.

Great service for custom size frames. Couldn’t find another website that would provide a service for the large size i needed. Slight delay with the order and in communication when chasing up but when contact was made they resolved the delay immediately. Thanks for a great frame!

I can’t rate this company highly enough; they were really helpful with a custom mount and frame order and even rushed the job when my partner was unexpectedly asked to work abroad (meaning that he needed his present early). I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

We had a little confusion over the order and how it was processed online, but the excellent way it was handled and resolved by Nathan was first class. Top customer service.
