I placed my order Nov 7..spent $158 to…

I placed my order Nov 7..spent $158 to be exact. I was super excited because her clothing looks amazing and she seems like a really lovely person..its just tht I have sent this lady 11 emails and maybe 5-6 dm's on IG. She responded once on IG asking for my order#, sent it and she never responded again. Im resorting to try and msg ppl she possibly knws to either get my order a refund. I also tried the number on her website but it doesn't work either. I didnt want to do this but this is bad customer service and work ethic.
