I ordered pots and pans from this company as well. I gave them my correct address. Using there tracking number, the info shows it was delivered to addressee. However, when it was delivered to the Virgin Island and I live in Ohio. This is a scam company. Do not buy from them!!!!!! They also don't answer emails when you reach out either 🤬

I wouldn't even rate it 1 star. I ordered 2 items, a laptop and electric bike both of which I paid around $29.00 each. In the beginning, the customer service was communicating with me by email apologizing for the delayed shipment. Finally last Jan 24, 2023, tracking said shipment is in New York. I was happy that finally I will get what I ordered. But then the tracking said it was delivered to an address in NY. I live in California and that's the address in my order. Why would they deliver in NY. I immediately disputed the charge. Good thing that the company issued a refund. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company even though the ad looks good.

I ordered some pots and pans from pidgenyes.com that I saw advertised on Facebook. It said they were having a clearance sale of $29.99. I ordered them. They gave me a tracking number. When I checked the last time, it said the item was delivered to the addressee. I live in Florida and gave them my correct address, but they said it was delivered to its final destination to a P.O. Box in Puerto Rico. I have disputed this charge with my bank and they are looking in to it. In the meantime, do not order from this company. SCAM...SCAM...SCAM!

they shipped the item to totally different address, if their tracking site can be believed. It was shipped to a different state even. I saw their add on "Golf Rival" so be wary of any ad you see on their as well, they do not vet their advertisers at all.

Hello dear I order 20/12/2022 £24,65 but until today I didn't receive my order

I ordered from this company and never got my merchandise are ordered received a tracking number for my order that wasn’t even for my order email them several times with no response after they got my money so I’m in the process with my credit card company trying to get my money from this company strongly suggest not to place an order with this company they are a scam all they do is take your money and send you nothing do buy from this company they are scam scam scam scam you out of your money do not buy nothing from this company

I purchased off advertisement on Facebook. Against my better judgment but I had already had a reasonably good experience with another company so thought I would give it a go. Purchase was smooth and looked legitimate. Got all tracking information, followed the tracking, eventually it showed that it had reached the UK. The tracking showed the parcel out for delivery, then a delivered notification. Needless to say it was not delivered to me, but according to Royal Mail tracking the parcel had been delivered, to a property about 150 miles from me. When looking into it further, the postcode(zip code) was incorrect on the tracking number they supplied me. I instantly email customer service(not a service, as it is an automated response I'm guessing). Emailed back advising that it was impossible what they suggested. Since then nothing. I have emailed several times, even messaged through their website. No response whatsoever.

This company is a scam. I believe that they have some items for sale, sell to as many people as possible and only the luck few get the item.

DO NOT B UY FROM THEM. Its time they were stopped advertising. Chinese company - Not American

Unfortunately, I was introduced to this company by advisement through the internet although the merchandise was inexpensive and attractive I ordered when I viewed the tracking details via the notification when I clicked on the link it showed me a deserted location in Colorado I did respond to the merchant email explaining my concerns and as of date no response. When looking up the merchant which I should done before ordering I would have dodged this bullet

100% fraud company. I bought a sofa chair. I did not receive it, checked with the post office and found out 6it was delivered at different place 200 miles away, I contacted the company and they sent me an email that another one has been posted and they have given me a different tracking number when I checked the tracking number it shows that product is already delivered to different address. I'm so angry.. They are are corrupt people. Stay away from them Don't buy anything from this company or you will lose your money.

I bought 2 items and watched the tracking everyday my address was correct i live in Florence ky and they said it was delivered to the address but it was in Michigan what the heck i cant get ahold of no one they owe me 65.00 its a big scam and thats awful they didnt have a problem taking my money

Ordered a laptop, a keyboard and a mouse before checking about these scammers. Took my money but instead of sending it to Texas, the "package" wound up in Arizona. Emails and addresses were not kept properly. The company did respond they would check with their supplier but after I should wait for 5 to 9 days, but now I'm not getting any responses. I will update this if the company changes or sends me my package but until that day, pidgenyes.com is a scam.
As of February, no response from the company.

I ordered 5 different items on 12-6-22,separately as per their website. I triple checked my information to make sure there were no mistakes. I contacted them because I had not received my items (which were ordered as Christmas gifts) and I was informed that my items had been delivered to Georgetown TX. I live in Lewisville, TX. I informed them that wasn't my address and wanted a refund. It has been 2 weeks and still no refund, Do not order from this company! They don't deliver and don't refund your money.

This place is a scam and have me believing I was getting my packages soon which were three chairs different types and they were Christmas presents they lead me on and had my packages all over the place and the last I know my chairs were delivered in different states and the company after that wouldn't even respond to anymore of my emails only one time they did and I got nowhere so I have my Bank takeing care of this matter..
very disappointing Facebook should be held responsible that's how I found about this site they need to be checked on all my packages were ordered December 4th and I was told it would take 8 to 15 days for delivery..

Complete scam, received nothing!!!

I ordered from pidgenyes.com and never received my merchandise. I started trying to contact the company through email and was sent a tracking number. It was clear through that tracking number I was being scammed. The number had my merchandise bouncing all over Florida, every where except for where I was in Florida. The merchandise couldn't possibly have been in all those places in such a short amount of time that it was claiming. I couldn't understand what the point was to send me bogus tracking information saying my package was delivered to a few different addresses, that weren't mine. It took over a month and about 10 emails later to finally get my money reimbursed.
I do not recommend doing any business with this company.

This I'm sure is not even a company. Please don't ever buy anything from them. I bought the gaming chair for my granddaughter for Christmas it started it was delivered to Fairfax Virginia. When I called the post office they said the package delivered weighed only 1 pound. I emailed the company and if course got no where. I will call my bank and see if they can help me with the refund.

Item i ordered never arrived to my residence it was delivered 253 miles away in Newcastle . Do not buy from this company or their subsideries if it sounds to good to be true it probably is buyer beware!!!!!!!!
