Awful Customer Service got BANNED for RWT
I have paid and they delivered my GP to my RS account however i got banned after a week by Jagex for RWT/Real World Trading Buyer Minor and the support on the website does not give me anymore information than giving me a terrible coupon that covers 1% of the transaction (The GP i ordered) they don't do any effort to concealing their mules/sellers/reseller accounts so they go deliver items over and over and over to the same customers without exchanging (mule from account to account) and i suspect there is RWT going on their end (buying botted GP etc) which increases the risk of bans THEY never gave me any information regarding the seller account involved in the trade of the GP to my RS account eg. if it got banned???? they never offered to restructure their business and adjust their GP selling/buying to avoid bans for RWT!

Future changes are hopeful.
Respectful on their end to sort out any conflicts. Bans can happen so always be careful. But they will communicate with you on their own accord and that’s all you can ask for. Also putting changes to there guidelines to help people with future purchases. Will use again in the future.

Purchased 340M and was banned.
Purchased 140M on the 1st of March and then 200M on the 3rd of March. I stopped playing since then. Logged in on 5th April, And I have a Ban for 'Real World Trading Minor' and my 'wealth' has been removed. The account has not been hacked, I've never purchased gold from anywhere else. PieGP has been the only place I've every purchased gold from. I have spoken with a supervisor and sent over screenshots. He will speak to the admin regarding the action they will take regarding this. If They will refund my money or gold or Will I have to request a refund through my bank. I will update this review with the action taken by pieGP with their response if all goes well.
28th April 2023, Still received no communication from them even though they have responded saying they have been in contact with me they haven’t i have spoken to ‘tony’ on their live chat three times with a promise he will message the admin to contact me and I have received nothing at all
19/08/2023, PieGP have refunded the later purchase of 200M but I still have not received a refund from the earlier purchase of 140M
