The Renegade Pants from Marcus Pierce…

The Renegade Pants from Marcus Pierce were a huge disappointment. The fabric felt cheap, nothing like the description or photos, and the sizing was completely off—it did not fit any of the “all body types” claims. The worst part, however, is the customer service: I tried to return the $200 pants but was only given an automated link that didn’t work. I reached out to their support team three separate times to notify them of the issue and got nothing but silence or an automated response. Now I’m stuck with pants I can’t use or return. Save yourself the headache—shop at a reputable store with real customer service and actual return policies. Don’t risk getting stuck the way I did with a product and business that don’t stand behind what they sell

Don’t order from Marcus Pierce unless you are sure the pants fit because customer service is aweful

I ordered three pair of pants from Marcus Pierce and they were too big so I sent an email to Rik to exchange the pants. Amber responded within 24 hours and told me that I needed to give the exact size and color of pants for an exchange and she would send me instructions on how to return and exchange the pants. So I emailed back and gave the exact size and color that she requested. It has been more than 30 days and she will not respond to any of my emails since so I am stuck with three pair of pants that are too big and I cannot wear. I would never order from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The goods sent where the wrong size from those ordered. The quality was shocking. It took multiple emails to get a return address and once they had received the items in China they did not process my refund despite promising to do so. I finally requested a chargeback through by bank on my debit card used and after 4 months from date of order my bank issued my chargeback.

Lillian and Pierce I believe is the…

Lillian and Pierce I believe is the same outfit.
I paid £39.99 for a long sleeve shirt and it was total crap, the tailoring, the fabric and the sewing was third rate. I suspected they were dodgy when no address could be found and nothing at Companies House in spite of their website photo of what could be a store in Chelsea or Bond Street - all fake no doubt. Facebook sent me the add - Facebook should monitor these scams but as long as the money is coming in they don't bother.

Total Rip off

First they sent me a top that was not as advertised at all. It didn’t have proper clothing labels either. They talked me out of full refund because I would have to pay for the postage and it would have to be returned to China. They then offered a 20% refund. I told them that wasn’t enough, and that I could never wear the poor quality top. Then they offered 40% which I accepted. I never received the refund despite following up with them numerous times. Interestingly, I saw a ‘rogue’ top , very much like my own in a charity shop in a different town. No labels, poor material ( not what was advertised) etc. I suspect the donor was as ripped off as I was. DO NOT buy anything from this company.
