AVOID this company at all costs. Total scam and based in China. Sends wildly inferior, low quality products then makes return options a no-win situation for customer—given global transport and potential fees (offsetting cost of items). Website exists…then doesn’t.
I’m back with a second review because they still haven’t done anything to correct this bad situation. After ordering from what I believed was a credible NYC website, I was shipped subpar garments From China. Now that I want to return them I’m told I need to pay to return them to China even though the return label on my package is 2452 Gillingham Circle Thousand Oaks CA 91362.
Never have I been so compelled to review a company. These guys are bad actors, don’t fall for their lies.
DON'T GET SCAMMED BY PIERCE AND PORTER
Advertised that they were closing the New York store, They never had a NY Store, FALSE ADVERTISING!
Advertised shipping from United States that was a lie - MISREPRESENTATION!
I asked if they accept returns or exchanges in the USA, They responded that they have "FREE RETURNS"
Advertised shipping takes about 7 days but it took over 35 days, ANOTHER LIE.
Ultimately received an inferior and incorrect size item which they responded that returns are the purchasers responsibility as posted on their terms on the website. ANOTHER LIE there are no terms listed on their website
They sent the wrong size and will not honor an exchange request.
Pierce and Porter is just a criminal organization.
DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THEM
Cheap ripoff items from China not in line with their advertising. They are not based in New York and if you want a return they will insist on shady return policy. Don’t get ripped off ship elsewhere !
This is a scam. they did deliver clothes 2 months after the order, but that do not match what I ordered.
VERY poor made in china items. 100% synthetic. wrong sizes. No labels on the clothes. not wearable.
