Jewellery arrives in clear, plastic bags. I've had cheap, dress jewellery arrive in nicer packaging!
The size of the earring backs is ridiculous! They are so tiny I can't physically use them myself, never seen such stupidly small ones before, ever! I actually thought they were a generic size until getting these.
The hoop I got to put in the top of my ear has made it swollen and really sore.
The screw back earring I got, again, I can't do myself because the ball is so tiny! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Never had a screw back I can't do myself before either.
I'm super disappointed, won't order again. Don't recommend at all!

I’m not normally one to write reviews but the customer service is second to none. So quick to answer and sort any issues as fast as possible. Also the selection and prices are amazing too.

My order was lost in the post, but I sent an email and they agreed to resend my order for me. My earrings have just arrived today. Great customer service from Nick, all is happy and I won’t hesitate to shop here again :)

I don't normally write reviews, but I made an exception this time round.

I ordered a few piercings from Piercing Mania recently, and unfortunately, one of them was damaged in transit.

I emailed over the weekend to let them know, and they responded first thing on Monday morning and offered to replace the product free of charge.

Super quick delivery, it arrived on Wednesday morning, with a small bag of sweets as an "apology" - I don't think these guys needed to apologise, but it shows they do care about their customers!

Would recommend these guys, as they've always been reliable and the customer service, and piercings, are of a high quality!

Been trying to order from them for the past day on and off, the website is terrible it starts to buffer and won't let me check out. Not a WiFi problem as everything else is working. I'll take my custom elsewhere for this hassle.

Brilliant customer service. Both sanne and Livie were very quick to reply and replace my order that didn’t arrive. My first order I placed arrived quickly and the earrings are lovely. Highly Recommended!!

Amazing humane people. Their Jewelry is much more creative than most Jewelers, and do beautiful. Some stuff is Surgical Steel 316L, and Brass which are sensitive to water, sweat and chemicals. So take them out after use. I had belly bars that after 8 months the hidden bar inside my skin discoloured because I didnt read the right up and never took them out. At the least dry them after a shower! I didnt do any protection. So 8 months on me is brilliant !!!
Anyway I am not really one to complain but I let them know what had happened and they kindly reminded me of the material and treatment requirement. Which is easy to perform. And still rewarded me a replacement and free postage.
A kind, realistic and fast responding Company. Highly recommended. I have no issue with them what so ever.

Got a piercing from them and it’s impossible to open, I tried using two pliers, one to hold and the other to twist and the piercing is now with a tarnish look and still impossible to open it..

Bought huggy earrings with centred chains and neither of the chains were straight, they just looked like cheap crap.

I purchased two pairs of hooped earrings which I received promptly. Unfortunately one earring was faulty so I contacted Piercingmania, who dealt with the problem quickly & efficiently with great customer service. I would recommend them highly. Thank you, I love my earrings.

Thank you so much I received my order and I don't normally leave review for product but I came across your product on line and decided to give it a trial after reading so many positive reviews as I have used so many product on my nose piercing which is stuck to my skin since 1 year but after using this your product for just two days the dead skin came off and the nose ring came off and I was able to put the nose ring of my choice, also your customer service is good.

I had a issue with the wrong size jewellery, different gemstone to what I ordered and a exchange.
They only offered to send me out a replacement for the wrong size jewellery only
I asked to return all the problem products as they all had issues with them. They expected me to pay for the postage with out reimbursing me. I would of had to send the items back through a secure tracked option as if it were to get lost I would be responsible.
This is not a company I will purchase anything from in the future

I ordered two belly bars and they turned up quickly but didn’t look like the picture, I emailed and got a response straight away asking if I would like a refund or they had checked the stock and can see the ones I wanted and could resend. The belly bars were resent and they were lovely! Customer service was great and they had dispatched the order quickly so they came in time for Christmas. I even received a packet of sorry sweets with my order! Would definitely recommend!

Really fabulous customer service. Quick, efficient, helpful and friendly. I ordered a lot of items, and they arrived earlier than expected and are absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent customer service, excellent products

This company have been amazing. I ordered 2 belly button piercings and one unfortunately fell out due to misapplication. After they discovered this they happily sent out the missing piece of my piercing free of charge and been absolutely lovely. 5/5

Such a helpful customer service team, quick to respond and generous too! The earrings I first bought were good quality titanium and at a reasonable price. Many people have admired these - threadless titanium flat opal - much easier to put on than threaded balls which I often drop. I then ordered something else later on and forgot to add one of the items that would have given me free postage. When I asked them to cancel the order so I could re-do it but was too late they offered free postage on the next order! Next up, snakes for my helix piercings which have finally healed enough (after 6 months) - I got desperate after 3 months and bought some of the tea-tree-based healing balm which has made a load of difference. Less salt water which can irritate after a while. The balm is comforting, helps reduce infection, and stops the skin drying out which is a problem with too much salt water.

I had a faulty piece of jewellery, and I got a replacement asap. I had a reply within 2hrs which was great, very polite and understanding. Jewellery is of good quality, i’ve brought a few pieces from here, love it

Order placed with expected delivery by 27th Nov, as the order hadn't arrived by 30th, I was told if it hadn't arrived by 2nd Dec to contact again.

I reached out again as the order hadn't arrived and asked for a refund, I'm now being told to reach out again if the order doesn't arrive by 8th.

Absolutely poor customer service and will not use again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
