I did not receive what I bought

I did not receive what I bought. They advertised nice looking knockoff Uggs. I received cheap “Dollar Store” type slippers. I sent an email to the company and have not heard back. I reached out to my credit card company (Wells Fargo) and filed a dispute. I bought 2 pairs so I am really upset!

You can reach out to your bank or…

You can reach out to your bank or credit card company and tell them you want your money back. I submitted a complaint to the trade commission and you all should do the same so that you can bring their attention to this. Let your bank know you’ve tried to email them and they never replied.

This company is a scam!!!!

This company is a scam!!!!! Their entire website is fraud, they screenshot positive reviews off of other companies and post them to their own website to make it look like they are legit, and they claim to have thousands of five star trust pilot reviews when they don’t have any!!!!! they’re pretending to sell boots that look like uggs but it’s a total bait and switch! The slippers they send look like dollar store slippers with fur not Tasman dupes!! Scammers

lol google the return address! 746 a Glasgow ave, Inglewood CA! Pierre with love is a part of that scam too. So many comments about bait and switching products! Wow, they’ve been doing this a long time. Their other scam is making a fake Amazon returns store where you can buy pallets of returned items from Amazon and they send the people socks or crappy slippers or fake ugly jewelry instead. Just google that address and you’ll see the complaints

Scam bait and switch company!

Scam company! They’re advertising fake trustpilot reviews on their website. I ordered a pair of shoes and received a cheap pair of house slippers that look absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Classic bait and switch. No response from customer service regarding a refund, so I had to contact my credit card company for a charge-back. Do not order from here!
