Niet nakomen van afspraken

Op vrijdag avond zie ik een NISSAN X-TRAIL 2.5 LE 4WD AUTOMAAT te koop staan. Ik heb na het bekijken van de advertentie netjes even telefonisch contact gehad met enkele vragen en of het mogelijk was om de dag er na even te komen kijken.
Daar aangekomen proefrit gemaakt . Auto bekeken en de afspraak gemaakt dat nadat ik dinsdag een aankoop keuring zou laten doen en deze positief was de koop gesloten zou worden. Terug naar huis gereden en alle afspraken gemaakt voor de aankoop keuring.

Laat in de middag wordt ik gebeld, dat de wagen toch verkocht is. Tegen de afspraken in !

Vanuit Eindhoven op en neer ruim 500 km.
Dit betekend voor mij dat ik voor 80 euro brandstof heb verreden , voor niets.

Zwaar teleur gesteld in dit bedrijf.
