Horrible customer service ! Avoid this place!
My husband bought a golden ring for me as a surprise present during my pregnancy. The ring is taylored made.
During pregnancy the size of my fingers has changed and I could not fit the ring for the finger it was meant for, and it was too large for the next best fitting finger.
Hence we went to this shop,to ask the shop to re-adjust the ring, for the smaller finger. We expected that in an expensice jewelry shop like this, is a part of a BASIC customer service.
We were left in a shock hearing that they want to charge us extra 650 DKK for adjusting of the ring.
I am still in shock that this shop pretending to be upscale, is taking an advantage of this situation.
