Thank you for your feedback.

We like to remind our customers that they will only ever pay interest for the amount of time the loan is open for - if you are borrowing £100.00 for a week, you'd only pay £5.60 in interest.

Before signing the loan agreement, or even completing the application, we'd let you know the amount of interest and the total amount repayable.

Hi Gary,

Thanks for your feedback.

We let our customers know the total amount of interest repayable before application, and any early repayments made will reduce the total amount to pay. We also send messages to remind customers that early payments will reduce the interest.

As a responsible lender, we also advise that our loans are only intended for short-term unexpected expenses, so the loan should not be open for longer than 5 months. You'd only pay interest for the time the loan was open for.

We complete numerous checks on every application to ensure we continue to lend responsibly. Lots of elements make up this assessment, so we can't guarantee that a second application will always be successful.
