Zero LGBTQ+ Inclusion
As a long-time user of Piktochart, I was surprised to find an unacceptable gap in their template offerings, specifically the lack of LGBTQ+ themed options. Despite the platform's wide range of diverse and inclusive templates covering various religious, racial, women’s gender equality topics, and even numerous global holidays, the absence of LGBTQ+ content is glaring. After inquiring with customer service, it was confirmed that there are no such templates available. They did not inform me that they are in the process of including such templates or that they are on the roadmap. Piktochart’s major competitors all offer a variety of LGBTQ+ themed templates, thus this omission feels intentional and questions the platform's commitment to inclusivity. Piktochart needs to address this gap, as a product that is discriminatory towards a protected group is a ALWAYS a poor product. I will be switching to a different service.

Hi AJ, we're sorry to hear about your experience. Currently, our main focus is not on manual template creation. As you can understand, it's not feasible for us to fulfill every user's request in this manner. Instead, we're emphasizing the utilization of the Piktochart AI generator. This tool empowers users to rapidly produce infographics on any topic (including LGBTQ) in less than a minute.
I created some great pieces with this.
Once I got the hang of Piktochart it was a great tool. I began using it years ago when I taught infographics, and it worked well. My students could do everything they needed with the free version. Later I used the paid version to create the 2020, 2021, and 2022 Annual Reports for a Homeless Sanctuary I was with. Each year it got easier and better as I became more adept and the program added more features.

In the last 5 days, this software has been extremely temperamental ! Not downloading content in PowerPoint format, Deleting over 2Gb of uploaded content despite having a 100GB allowance. I sent over five emails to the customer service team without any response!

I was doing a group project, and we had an issue with our downloads. I contacted Piktochart, and they were so willing and happy to help us out! Kind staff and most generous. Enjoyed working with their templates and designing things for our class. Would definitely recommend!

Piktochart is awesome!
When I started using Piktochart, I couldn't figure out how anything worked, but when I asked for some help, Piktochart quickly answered my questions and explained things very clearly. They even showed me videos with the exact steps to do those things myself. Without that lovely help button, I would still be sitting here trying to figure out how to get everything to work.

Excellent choice for displaying info
Piktochart is an easy-to-use online design interface, and in my opinion, while the presentation and document templates are solid, Piktochart is definitely the best product for making infographics, graphs, and charts. The customizability, display options, and ease-of-use for graphs and charts definitely outclass competitors, in particular. Additionally, there are endless creative and beautiful templates to inspire you, and plenty of built-in tools to make it easy to create custom designs, too.
