I’ve been using the app recently and…

I’ve been using the app recently and I’m really impressed with the results. Most AI tools feel like they are designed for generic art, but this feels specifically built for the YouTube ecosystem.
I really like the Styles feature. It’s a game-changer being able to copy a specific visual style rather than having to start from scratch with every prompt. It makes keeping my channel's aesthetic consistent so much easier, especially for my documentary-style videos where the 'mood' is just as important as the subject.

DO NOT recommend other tools are more advanced

For our YouTube Channel this Ai software just isn't at the right level yet, thumbnails look unrealistic and it takes a long time to get the final result you are looking for, which wastes a lot of credits and therefore money. I would highly recommend checking out Adobe firefly, ChatGPT and even Gemini, for a channel looking for more realistic thumbnails. The person feature doesn't creates characters which don't look realistic. After using it for a couple months I have just ended up using other software as it's just not up to scratch unfortunately. Maybe for gaming channels or less realistic thumbnails it would be okay.

WORST PART is there is NO REFUND POLICY, so be careful

Pikzels can absolutely create photorealistic thumbnails, though it sounds like it didn't deliver that for you. We offer a lot of creative freedom, which can take time to dial in, but when it's working well it should be able to match what you're looking for.

On Personas: what you're describing doesn't sound right. You should have been able to get consistent, quality results. We've reached out to you via Trustpilot so we can investigate what happened and see if something went wrong on our end.

On the refund policy: to clarify, our policy is clearly stated on our website and in our terms of service. We don't offer refunds on subscriptions. We're a small, bootstrapped team and every generation has real costs on our end, which is why this policy exists.

Great and fast

Great and fast. Much much better results than some of the ai powered thumbnail generators out there.

The mobile version of the website needs some optimization for a seamless experience. But overall, really good.

Best Thumbnail Generator on the market right now.
Helped me generate more views and higher CTR's.

It can definitely compete with real thumbnail designer, with an acceptable price.

The tool is very easy to use

The tool is very easy to use, and the persona function is incredible. With only 3 pictures uploaded, I got incredible results.
I was really struggling to create a thumbnail for a running video I made, and with Pikzels I believe I have created one of my best thumbnails to date.
