Beware the T&C on sale items

I placed my order and then waited over the specified time to receive it, had no response from emails, text, Instagram message. It's finally due to turn up soon apparently, but I've just noticed in the terms and conditions that no sale items are allowed to be returned, so even though I don't want this now. I may be stuck with it and it was £80 which apparently included video instructions. This is just a link to a YouTube channel of a woman who desperately doesn't want to show her face doing short exercises, no instructions just On Hold music in the background. I feel a bit stupid falling for the hype but you live and learn, I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all
