This is the worst company

This is the worst company! Their products are poorly made, and they don’t stand behind them. I ordered the large Pilates reformer which was just shy of $2000. I bought it because they said it was returnable. I got it and realized this is going to be bigger than I thought so I requested a return. I didn’t even open the container. It came in. They took almost a week to get back to me and said that they could either credit me 10% or I could send it back, but I would have to pay for shipping. This was a huge container so shipping would be very expensive for me to handle. I wrote them back saying that their website said I could return it and I have never heard back.
Do not buy products from this company!

I am beyond upset at this point

I am beyond upset at this point. I purchased this Pilates reformer as a gift. Order #227359 With the purchase I received a "free" subscription and a $25 gift card. After gifting the item, I discover that the "free" subscription can only be linked to my email and the same with the $25 gift card. So, I created an account to use the gift card and then I am charged for a yearly subscription, and I don't even have a machine. This purchase has been AWFUL. What's a shame is my friend really likes the machine.
While customer service has been "nice" in explaining they are sorry this was unclear, that does not do much for me.
I am now trying to remove my credit card from this account, so you do not charge my card for anything else. Please remove my card from this account as I will never purchase another item from you or recommend this company, which I realize will not cause you any concerns.

Charged $129 for trial that ended before product even arrived Pilates…

I purchased the Flo Portable Pilates Reformer on February 21, 2026. What I didn't realize was that a $129/year app subscription was automatically added to my cart without me selecting it — shown only as "FREE" with the recurring charge buried in small print.
The 14-day trial started the moment I purchased, but my reformer wasn't even delivered until March 5 — and the app requires the hardware to use. Two days after delivery, on March 7, I was charged the full $129 annual fee before I had any real chance to try the service.
When I contacted customer support, they canceled future charges but refused to refund the $129, offering only a $20 credit as a "goodwill gesture."

Don’t ever order from this company it’s…

Don’t ever order from this company it’s been almost 2 weeks with 1 respond saying it was stuck in customs they are a US based company no need for that and I contacted FedEx and they said they don’t even have the product. I was going to tell my friends about this product but I’m not now and will make all of them aware so please be beware before buying you’ll be out of money with lies and barley 1 response saying it’s in customs customer service is bad

UPDATED: they still claim it’s stuck in customs but says coming from CA and offered me a gift card which I declined to shop there as if I would after all this. still no product , still lies and currently waiting on this to be investigated with the payment shop I used and my bank. Just be aware you won’t get your product and be charged with no refund .

Got an email saying I’ll be receiving my refund…. To no surprise …STILL NO REFUND. This is ridiculous

Fraudulent description of what comes with your order

Ordered the Flo Portable Pilates Reformer during their president's sale and it comes with free shipping, pilates app subscription (worth $129), pilates grip socks, and $25 flo pilates gift card all for $129.95 + tax. I got the pilates reformer, not bad. Got an email to connect to the app, so I downloaded the app and logged in. NEVER got the pilates grip socks, and no email whatsoever for the $25 gift card. After 14 days, i got a charge of $129 for the yearly subscription of the app (which is not very useful anyway). I am currently in touch with customer service, which is an AI with automated response stating that 14 day trial is part of my subscription, but will "escalate" my claim. This is all false description, i've gone back to the site multiple times and they still have the sale with the "free app" but in no way they described that it's only for 14 days. You can certainly purchase similar pilates board from other sites that are cheaper and of the same quality, less the headache of back and forth of disputing charges.

Mistake made perfect

I made a mistake typing my email (I missed a letter) and it messed everything up. Well so I thought. They made everything right. I’m talking about outstanding, superb customer service! They went above and beyond. I was really surprised and impressed. It all happened in a timely manner!

Do not use this company!!!!

Boy was I wrong - I was promised a full refund - I told them I would write them a great review…..after over 15 business days…I haven’t received a dime. Now I’m forced to report them on Shop, with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau!
After posting my frustrations, Flo did finally refund my total amount. Thank you Flo!!!!! But wait - after my full refund they proceeded to charge me $29 for a Flo subscription!!!! I am now forced to get a new card!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Defective pulley rods

My home reformer came w the pulley rod holes drilled on the wrong side. I have sent photos 3 times to no avail. It was also missing hand pull rod screw. I wish I could start over and avoid this purchase altogether. I cannot use the machine . Customer service does not seem to exist. Order 208771

Scam website don’t ever buy

I got a Pilates board and it came with 14days app subscription trial. The board itself is a low quality plastic board. Just before the subscription trial expired I was charged two years of subscription fees $372 order #233604 without notice or authorization. Even though it said on the website it would be a monthly charge of $9.90 that can be canceled anytime. So tell me why have you charged me two years of subscriptions??? This daylight robbery and complete scam.
They don’t reply emails at all and no response have been provided after I sent numerous messages. They also save your credit details on the website which I never agreed to either. This is scam! I will report it as fraud and dispute all charges. DO NOT BUY from this website.

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare. I went to return the reformer due to quality and the absence of a headrest, as I have neck issues due to surgery. I have reached out to Pilates Flo multiple times for a return label and no response. I am well within their supposed “90 day return” policy. There is no phone number to reach them either. I contacted my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau, only to find out that there have been almost 49 complaints just like mine. Suddenly, a representative reached out 10 minutes after I made the call to the credit card company, after not responding with over 6 attempts! They asked if I wished to keep the reformer and get refunded 10%. I said no, I would like a return label for my refund! Now it’s days later and no response again! I’m just so frustrated I don’t know what to do.
Fun fact- Pilates Flo just responded to my review asking for more information after I’ve tried to contact them 8 times. They always respond right back to reviews and credit card companies. I just responded to their request below 2 hours ago. Still nothing and will not get a response guaranteed. It’s enraging.

BEWARE OF UNSUSPECTING/HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION COSTS

My Order number is #235965. I purchased the reformer, which is great, but was hit with a $140 subscription charge unexpectedly two weeks after purchase. I reached out to customer service multiple times, and finally heard back days later that said, "Thank you for reaching out. I want to clarify that, at the checkout page, you agreed to the subscription terms, which is why the charge was processed. I have now canceled your subscription, so you will not be charged again. The current subscription will remain active and functional for the remaining year that has already been paid for. Please note that, according to our policy, refunds cannot be issued for virtual items once purchased. I am really sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this situation may have caused. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know."

It is absolutely BS. I am so upset at their BS policy. Buyer Beware.

Scam - stole $140

bought the pilates reformer for my fiance. they were running a deal and it threw in free socks and app subscription (14 day trial). Without my knowledge the app trial started the second I purchased the product. All of a sudden 14 days later (and just 2 days after the product actually arrived) i was charged the whole $140 annual app subscription price. I never activated the trial, never downloaded the app, nothing. literally stole $140 from me.

Flo Pilates reformer

I really like my Flo Pilates reformer! The app is easy to use! I like the videos as they tell me what moves to do and have lots of options! It gets me motivated to use the machine everyday. I was given an email the machine would be delayed in delivery after I purchased. I was given tracing information so I could see where it was located but It ended up being delivered on time!

Sharing this in case it helps someone else avoid the frustration I am still trying to resolve nearly a month later.

I ordered from Flo Pilates and the product quality was shockingly poor. It felt cheaply made and nothing like what was advertised. When I tried to return it under their own posted policy, I got zero response from customer service.

To make matters worse, they automatically enrolled me in an app subscription that was supposed to be free for 10 days and attempted to charge me before I even received the product.

This is very clearly a scam. Save yourself the frustration.

Needs improvement

I received it yesterday and the first thing I noticed is that it is not very sturdy, the timer is not working and the stretch bands come off easily, so I hope they don't come while using them during a workout. I tried it today and attempted to follow the app, but there's no instruction except at the very beginning of a workout, they don't let you know about the ending time of a rep nor the rest time and worse of all they don't specify the exact proper posture. I am willing to try it but right now I am not that impressed.

I like the fact that the reformer is…portable

I like the fact that the reformer is portable and easy to use I haven’t been able to use it very much because I injured myself (not on the reformer) but so far so good. My only issue is that they are charging me for a plan I didn’t sign up for. If they don’t change that than I would not buy it. I already know how to do Pilates. I bought a portable reformer not a set of classes to be charged to me unbeknownst to me.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a reformer and a few bits missing (ropes etc). After more that 2 weeks still awaiting any meaningful response from Flo. Avoid at all costs!

No customer service

No customer service. You can't speak with a human. I tried finding a phone number or email, but no one would help me. At check out, it advertised pay over time option but it charged the full amount all at once. I requested to cancel my order literally one minute after placing it and the AI chat bot said someone would get back to me in 12 to 24 hours. Then my order shipped 6 hours later and charges are pending on my bank account. A claim was filed with the BBB.
